Nagbigay na ng ransom money ang pamilya pero 'di pa rin umano pinapakawalan ang isang Chinese na dinukot sa Bulacan. Ang mga armadong salarin, kapwa niya Tsino at may kinalaman sa POGO -- ayon sa pulisya.

00:00Ransom money was given to the family, but the Chinese man who was hanged in Bulacan is still missing.

00:06The armed men are Chinese and have connections with the police.

00:18Here in Angat River, near Bustos Dam in Bulacan, the 33-year-old Chinese national was hanged.

00:24He was fishing in the river yesterday at 1 a.m. when he was caught by four armed men who recognized the law.

00:33The family is now asking for a ransom of 300,000 U.S. dollars or 17.2 million pesos.

00:40It turns out that the victim was involved in Pogo.

00:44And yesterday, there was a payment.

00:48There was a ransom of more or less 5 million.

00:52The payment was done outside of the Philippine jurisdiction through cryptocurrency.

00:59So we are now coordinating, again, this time around, the Philippine government, through our AKG,

01:12Even though a ransom was given, the kidnapped victim was still missing.

01:16Three Filipino witnesses were taken by the police.

01:19The victim, who was fishing in the river, was accompanied by his other Chinese accomplices.

01:24It seems that the Chinese accomplices who went there and asked the two armed men,

01:34they asked who owns that vehicle.

01:37The victim raised his hand, and right there and there, he was taken and left.

01:43There is no CCTV in the crime scene according to the barangay.
