चंबा: हिमाचल प्रदेश के चंबा की ग्राम पंचायत हरिपुर में राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अंतर्गत आस्था स्वयं सहायता समूह से जुड़ी महिलाएं अचार, चंबा चुख, पापड़ और बड़ियां इत्यादि बनाकर प्रत्येक महिला सालाना 15 से 20 हजार रुपए की अतिरिक्त आय अर्जित कर रही हैं जिससे उनके परिवारों को रोजमर्रा के जीवन की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करना आसान हो गया है। अब समूह से जुड़ी महिलाएं न केवल स्वयं व्यावसायिक गतिविधियां कर रही हैं बल्कि गांवों की अन्य महिलाओं को भी इसके लिए प्रेरित व प्रशिक्षित कर रही हैं जिसके कारण हरिपुर में स्वयं सहायता समूहों की महिलाएं एकता महिला ग्राम संगठन के अंतर्गत विभिन्न उत्पादों को बनाकर उन्हें स्थानीय बाजार के अलावा प्रदेश व देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में बेचकर हजारों रुपए की आय अर्जित कर रही हैं। स्वयं सहायता समूह की सचिव रीता देवी ने बताया कि उनका समूह साल 2014 में पंजीकृत होने के बाद साल 2018 तक वाटरशेड के अंतर्गत कार्य कर रहा था। वर्ष 2018 में समूह ने राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अंतर्गत कार्य करना शुरू किया जिसके तहत 2019 में समूह की महिला सदस्यों ने आरसेटी बालू में अचार, चंबा चुख और अन्य खाद्य उत्पादों को बनाने के लिए प्रशिक्षण हासिल किया। राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन की विकासखंड चंबा की मिशन एग्जीक्यूटिव निशा ने बताया कि महिला सशक्तिकरण के मकसद से राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के तहत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में महिलाओं को अलग अलग प्रकार की व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों को करने के लिए प्रेरित व प्रशिक्षित किया जाता है ताकि वे आत्मनिर्भर बनकर समाज में सम्मानपूर्वक जीवन जी सकें।
