00:00Well, it's a good point, good clean sheet, tough decision, tough call really with Keno coming out because I think he's done well.
00:07But Jared going in and that kind of back five unit last season, as you well know, kept a lot of clean sheets and they've done again today.
00:15You know, a lot of, I think, a solid performance.
00:17You know, we obviously couldn't really find that bit of edge in the attacking third and that bit of devil that sometimes is the difference and that bit of quality, of course.
00:28But a solid feel to the performance and didn't really give much up away from home, of course, in the Premier League, which is difficult.
00:34Fair share of using the ball and possession.
00:36And, you know, in the end, we come away slightly, slightly, you know, wondering, you know, is that one that we could have won?
00:43But equally, on the other hand, Jordan makes a fine save.
00:46You know, I think I don't think he's had much to do this afternoon apart from staying focused, which is an important thing, by the way, which I said to him after.
00:52But it's a fine save to make sure that we keep that clean sheet and get a point.
00:57I mean, he's going to get sharper, obviously, you know, a couple of rusty moments when he, you know, give the ball away and missed a tackle and things.
01:03But that's, you know, that's because of his lack of game time.
01:05But we know what a very good player he is.
01:07And I did say that, you know, it's trying to find the right time when he's really ready.
01:11I think he'll get more game ready.
01:13But I think that's certainly a start of the process or a restart of the process.
01:17Well, they quite obviously made a good partnership last season.
01:26And, you know, with Jordan behind them and the two full-backs, like I say, not always, but a lot.
01:31Them two full-backs played together last season without back five.
01:34So, yes, I was pleased with that side of things.
01:36But I thought the work in front of them was impressive.
01:38I thought Andrissa was very good again today.
01:42You know, a lot of the stuff that fans don't always see, not our fans, I mean, generally,
01:46you know, the ugly side of the game when he covers the hard yards and presses and nicks it and keeps the ball.
01:51And Manga, I thought, was good again, worked very hard.
01:54You know, yet again, another one, you know, that real Premier League edge and fitness comes from playing.
01:58So, yeah, there's a lot of good signs.
02:00But, you know, that bit that we've spoken about, that length, is that idea of that bit of devil, that bit of extra quality in the front third.
02:06And I think if we can add that in, which is not easy, of course, but that makes us more of a threat and therefore solid performances turn into winning performances.
02:13Did you see any signs from Dave before the bubble?
02:17Yeah, I think, well, I mean, I thought Jasper showed signs, he had moments in the game.
02:22Tom worked hard, can't quite find them moments.
02:24You know, Beto tried to mix it up, affect it differently with Jack coming on as well.
02:28You know, more technical rather than Duke and, you know, trying to find mixed ways and the search continues.
02:33Dwight's gone there, of course, and, you know, he has caused more trouble with technical moments and for the opposition, that is.
02:38And, you know, so just keep searching for the right mix.
02:42But, obviously, it would be help if the injuries died down because with Brogier coming back fit, of course, that gives you something different.
02:48With Youssef, who's been very unlucky, it gives you something different again.
02:52So, they hopefully will come back fit and add to the mix and add to the potential of scoring more goals.
02:57Have you got battle favourites in front of you?
02:59Yeah, they're not ready, they're not quite ready for that yet.
03:02So, Brogier and Youssef being the main two.
03:05Shea's got the hamstring, so we're going to have to settle that down.
03:09No, the others we've got to be careful with.
03:10The challenge we've got quite obviously is, you know, playing the games and then not getting them re-injured.
03:14So, I think we're trying to come through that.
03:18We're looking at the stats facts, as in their performance facts and stats and training facts and stats.
03:23So, trying to judge the right time to get these players games.
03:25But, certainly, they're the main two.
03:27Pappato coming back stronger as well.
03:28But they're the main two, Youssef and Brogier, who will need that games programme.
03:32But they're building up to that now.
03:35Any further questions?
03:37No, I don't think it's the best, but I think we used the ball well.
03:45We opened up their shape well at times.
03:48You know, early on in the game, we have a really good breakaway, because the game works in different ways, as you know.
03:52So, the counter just takes a little bit too long to finish it.
03:56And, you know, sort of maybe moments, but they're important, of course.
04:00And, you know, that belief that those moments work for you, the belief that you're going to find more moments, obviously.
04:05It's the psychology of the game.
04:06But, no, I think we've played better in attack.
04:09But I think that we're not far off.
04:10But at that bit of devil and that bit of final moment of truth, as I call it, for someone to find a pass and finish.
04:16That's a constant work in progress here.
04:18Most people buy it.
04:18We're having to continually work to develop it.
04:26Yeah, I mean, I think he had one other save, but I think it was a save, you know, one that you'd expect from him.
04:32And I did commend him on that at the end.
04:33You know, just staying calm and focused, you know, to what the game offers you.
04:37And he did that in a very fine reaction.
04:39I mean, I haven't seen it back, but from where I was, it looks a really sharp save.
04:42So, yeah, you know, fair play to him, a top keeper doing what top keepers should do.
04:48Sorry, it's for me to say.
04:51Any further questions?
04:55No? OK.
04:56Cheers, everyone.
04:56Cheers.
