00:00Previously on the block, Courtney and Grant beat. The front yard week left
00:05Courtney and Grant ecstatic, while Kylie and Brad just left. Kylie please we just
00:11want you to be safe. I don't want to ever have to come back. I don't want to come
00:14back for auction. I don't want to come back and have to deal with it. But with
00:19the mammoth prize of 50 grand off their reserve on the line, this week's best
00:23clubhouse space, come on out troops. I welcome back some old friends and the
00:34playing field narrowed by one couple. Kylie and Brad are not returning. The
00:39competition now is between four houses only. While block super duo Jimmy and Tam
00:45stuck around to finish the job for Kylie and Brad. Straight back into the block.
00:50Just little Tee Whiz and J Dub delivering this space. Tonight, no more
00:57spending Courtney. Budget blowouts bite for Courtney and Grant. Are we gonna have
01:01enough money for styling and plants? We won't have enough money for plants, no.
01:04Do you want me to pull it out of my arse? You don't get to justify this, this is not a debate.
01:09At that point we hadn't spent any money. You spend too much.
01:12Ricky's chimney plumbing lacks precision. Just the internal skin is pointing going
01:17down, not us. Okay, we're gonna have to pull the entire lot out and put it back
01:23in. To be honest, I don't know how we're gonna be able to do that.
01:26The wheels have fallen off mate. And the pressure proves too much for Mimi.
01:31So much has happened, like it was processing like, you know, everything.
01:35Judging, it was like so hard, like seeing how it like, you know, Kylie and Brad left and
01:41then didn't even get to like process that and then the All Stars came out.
01:45There's just a lot going on. And you know, we're doing our best to stay afloat.
01:51Morning. Hello mate, how are you? Great. You ready to go? Yep.
02:10It's the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It's the Disney Plus Clubhouse week and our section
02:15is the Rotunda. So we've got the barbecue area and then the garden surrounding it.
02:22And we have Ronnie and Georgia working with us as well.
02:25Ronnie and Georgia are block powerhouses, having competed on two of their own seasons
02:30and featured as guests on countless others. They are known for their competitive nature,
02:35work ethic and bullheadedness.
02:38We have like watched all their seasons. Yeah, we're big fans of them. So I think
02:44getting Ronnie and Georgia out was like, really, we hit the jackpot.
02:47How's it feeling now there's mere hours to the end of this massive adventure?
02:51Well, we've got a lot of work left to be done.
02:55But we are getting close, which is kind of exciting, but a bit bittersweet.
03:00Also working outside the clubhouse in the Alfresco area are mates Ricky and Hayden.
03:07Saturday girls, how are we?
03:09With all star sisters, Eliza and Liberty, who won big on last year's season,
03:14coming in second place. They are known for their larrikin nature
03:17and complete lack of knowledge when it comes to anything building related.
03:23We truly feel like the things that we learned have just like, I don't know,
03:27they've just escaped our brains. We know absolutely nothing about anything.
03:30And I have no confidence to make any calls or judgments or contributions.
03:34It's quite alarming, really.
03:37Their biggest hurdle this week is scale with a whopping 102 square metres of ceiling to paint
03:43in one of the busiest thoroughfares in the clubhouse.
03:46Morning's good. Had a bit of a late finish trying to get some paint happening on the ceiling.
03:53Would have liked to get a little bit more done, but I think it was good to
03:57sort of get a handle on the situation, how difficult it's going to be.
04:00So it's something we're going to have to do a little bit during the day,
04:03a little bit at night, if we're going to be able to get it done.
04:12Things are looking much more peaceful inside the clubhouse.
04:16Morning.
04:16Particularly in the games room, where all-stars Jimmy and Tam are working on their own.
04:22This duo is a masterclass in how to do the block right.
04:26They won the block Brighton back in 2020.
04:28And if anyone can complete such a massive space
04:31without the help of any contestants, it's definitely these guys.
04:37I like to get up there and just get ready for the day.
04:40I enjoy that. That's my time. That's your quiet time of the block.
04:44Like it's before, it's like the calm before the storm, because you know,
04:48in two hours time, there's going to be hundreds of tradies swarming around,
04:54asking you a question about this, asking you a question about that,
04:56just getting pulled left, right and centre.
04:58There's a problem over here. There's a problem over there.
05:00So if you can get in there, get yourself settled, all good.
05:09Next door is Christian and Mimi's cinema room,
05:11which they are creating with the help of all-star twins Elisa and Lysandra,
05:16who have featured on two seasons of the block and proven themselves to be business divas,
05:21elevating their design forward personal and home care range alive to huge international success.
05:28Elisa and Lysandra are block royalty.
05:32I'm very, very excited, but also very intimidated to be working with them.
05:37In the cinema room, things are not looking quite so on track.
05:40No plaster on the walls and some insulating still to complete.
05:44Yeah, I got told it was going to be an easy, fun week, but...
05:48It is an easy, fun week. You just have to like put your mind there.
05:57Everything always gets done on the block. I don't know why he's stressful.
06:04At the other end of the clubhouse in the day spa,
06:06Brand is feeling a little more sentimental.
06:10Almost finished the block. It is a sad time.
06:12Woke up this morning and realised there's only a few more of these left.
06:17So, yeah, it's going to be quite emotional come Sunday.
06:24A little bit of dust.
06:26We have a lot of trades. We have filers, we have stonemasons, we have plasterers,
06:32we have builders, we have Venetian plasterers. There's five sets of trades in there.
06:36We're behind where we need to be, what's comfortable,
06:39but one way or another, we'll get it done.
06:43Courtney and Grant are creating a luxurious day spa with the help of all-star Stephen
06:48Geung, who won last year's block. These two are known for their architectural prowess,
06:53headstrong nature and Japan-y style.
06:56I think that anything that Steph in particular and Geung put their mind to,
07:00I think they're going with the intention to win it.
07:04They're very competitive, but they're silently competitive, I like.
07:07Very hard workers.
07:08Yeah.
07:09I feel like we've...
07:10We've met our match.
07:13Today's spa will include high-end stone tiles, side-by-side ice baths,
07:17two large saunas and a neutral colour palette.
07:21One thing all blockheads know about wet areas is they are expensive.
07:26They require more trades, more man hours and more time management
07:30to be able to deliver them in just one week.
07:33One thing we know about both Courtney and Steph
07:35is they are really good at spending big money on small details.
07:40Guys, I'm just saying that we're probably going to need some sort of window furnishing here
07:44and that might influence if we would need to, you know, do like a lowered ceiling in that section,
07:50have a pelmet, in which way we'd put like an LED strip to sort of, yeah.
07:54We know we have to do it.
07:57We have to do it.
07:58Let's pause right there because that is the moment
08:01Steph decided to double-sheet the walls of their entire 72-square-metre day spa
08:08just so that the skirting tiles, which had already been laid, would be flush with the wall.
08:13It's a move that is going to cost them a whopping seven grand out of their 50-grand budget.
08:20So now as the invoices for completed work have started to come in,
08:24the changes have really added up, bringing their budget down to zero.
08:28And when budgets are down, I pop up.
08:32Oh, hello, mate.
08:34Scotty, how are you, mate?
08:35What's going on?
08:37You've re-plastered all these walls for five mil.
08:41You've met my wife, mate.
08:43I thought it was Steph's idea.
08:45Was it?
08:45I think it was a combined idea.
08:47It's a stupid idea.
08:49It's a skirting tile.
08:51I know.
08:52And you've got a four, ten mil, what, eight mil gap.
08:54I know.
08:55That's what, another seven grand on top.
08:58Seven? Is it seven?
09:00And now you're out of money.
09:01You can't spend any more.
09:03Okay, done.
09:03Okay?
09:04Yep.
09:04You've got to use what you've got.
09:06Yep.
09:07Yeah, done.
09:07Don't let Steph go with your budget.
09:10No, no, no, it wasn't Steph.
09:11We all made the decision to do it.
09:13We were on the way to go shopping to buy our plants and Scotty calls us.
09:19Hello?
09:20Courtney, it's Scotty Cam and I was like, God.
09:23Hello, Scotty.
09:25Stephanie, how are you?
09:26Hello.
09:27He said, girls, don't spend any more money today.
09:31Yeah, yeah, don't, I'm not spending anything.
09:32Bye.
09:32Bye, Scotty.
09:33Bye.
09:34Bye.
09:34Bye.
09:38So Scotty Cam calls you and tells you no more spending.
09:42So what do they do, Grant?
09:43They go out and go shopping.
09:46Might as well.
09:47Let's have a walk around.
09:48Plants always make me feel better.
09:50Oh, I think...
09:51You and Stephanie in denial.
09:53No more spending, Courtney.
09:55You know that, right?
09:56You know what no more spending means?
09:58It means you can't pull your card out of your wallet and tap it.
10:01I do.
10:01That's money.
10:02Actually spend after.
10:03You can't pull your card out, go and pull cash out and go and spend that because that's money.
10:08Tappity, tappity, tap, tap, tap, McDonald's, tap.
10:11Macca's, tap.
10:12Coffee at Macca's, tap.
10:15Oh, there's a succulent, tap.
10:17Oh, is that cacti, tap.
10:18This guy.
10:20He's actually pretty reasonable, $49.
10:22Yeah, no, it's actually a really good price.
10:26Also plant shopping are all-star sisters Eliza and Liberty
10:29who had teamed up with Rikki and Hayden to complete the alfresco area.
10:35Where they are planning a paved relaxation space
10:38with a feature brick fireplace and three different seating zones.
10:44No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
10:47It needs to be more like...
10:49It needs to be a grander bush.
10:52A grander bush and some droopage.
10:57We went to the plant shop hoping to just buy some plants
10:59and then we came across a ride-on turtle.
11:03Actually, that's a tortoise and it's definitely not a ride-on.
11:10It's made of some sort of aluminium or steel.
11:12It's cheap, it's nasty.
11:14But we rang Hayden and we said,
11:16while we're getting plants, can we get a creature of some sort?
11:19Are you open to a pelican?
11:21A what?
11:22An outdoor pelican statue.
11:27How about a ride-on turtle?
11:29Tortoise.
11:30They called me and said, oh, there's sculptures and stuff.
11:32I said, budget's tight, stick to the plants.
11:37Budget's tight.
11:38It's $389, do we have enough in the budget?
11:43Look, no.
11:45And he said, absolutely not.
11:46Well, when someone says no, we want to prove them wrong.
11:49So we loaded a $389 turtle onto our truck.
11:54It's a tortoise.
11:55That's the one.
11:57Push his anus in a bit further.
11:59Oh, perfection.
12:01Oh God, this is some of our finest work.
12:14It's Thursday afternoon and the clubhouse is pumping with activity.
12:33This is the complete home filtration system.
12:35So it basically just attaches onto the mains,
12:38filters all the water on the way through.
12:40So you're bathing, drinking, cooking,
12:42cleaning all your fixtures in the home or enjoying filtered water.
12:50Rondog's in his element.
12:52He's just like tiling away.
12:54He's with the boys.
12:55He's just having fun.
12:56This is like Rondog's happy place.
12:58Doing great, Rondogs.
13:02Only one speed, mate.
13:05Have you got any hot goss on the rest of the block?
13:08Hot goss on the street.
13:09You want a little bit of hot goss?
13:10Um, Japandi?
13:13Steph?
13:14Steph believes that there could have been some better choices made
13:18with regard to the layout.
13:20I reckon it should have been a gym.
13:22This, like as in, like the plans should have allowed for it to be a gym.
13:27Because outside the spa, how good would that be?
13:30If she was Julian Brentley, she would have done things different.
13:33So I was like, oh, hot goss.
13:34A little bit of an architect off there.
13:36I like it.
13:37Um, Gian's got really like white parachutey pants,
13:41which I thought was an interesting choice for construction,
13:44but still very on brand.
13:45So hats off to them.
13:46You know what I mean?
13:47Like they've got the vision.
13:47They're sticking to it.
13:48I like it.
13:49We wear beige.
13:50We wear white.
13:50We're tonal.
13:52Muted colours is what I'd say.
13:54Eliza and Liberty continue to apparently do nothing.
13:57I think just watch some Kardashos.
14:01Do you guys need a hand?
14:02No, no, we're good.
14:03Okay, great.
14:05This is just what I've heard.
14:07This is not like, you know, this is what I've heard.
14:09Oh!
14:12Alyssa.
14:13No, Lysandra.
14:15An easy mix-up to make when they are twins.
14:18She was pissed this morning.
14:19Because there's a lot going on there.
14:21No, like the tradies are here.
14:22I don't know.
14:23Do they all have to be there for induction?
14:25Hold it right there.
14:26That actually was Alyssa.
14:28Carry on.
14:29All the tradies?
14:30Do they?
14:32I don't know what's going on there.
14:34But I just know that it's a bit tense.
14:37Yep, it's fair to say that morale is low in the cinema room.
14:40Where they are still yet to finish insulating.
14:48I mean, they've been here for 12 weeks.
14:50I think their motivation levels were low.
14:53And like, you can't really blame them for that.
14:55I couldn't have done a 13th week.
14:56I couldn't have done a 13th week.
14:57We were at, we were at, I couldn't have given any more.
15:00I remember exactly how I felt in that moment.
15:03We were limited bashing it the last two was down.
15:05Like, I remember I had not one step left in me.
15:08I was a shell of a human.
15:10And the stress of 13 weeks of renovating has really started to hit for Mimi.
15:17There's just a lot going on.
15:19And, you know, we're doing our best to stay afloat.
15:23And trying our best to not forget about the fact that we still have the inside of our house to finish.
15:30Christian, so all of our winning spaces has to be cleaned before tomorrow morning.
15:34So I'm just going to lock myself in the house and do that.
15:37All right.
15:38On top of all the work still to do in their clubhouse space,
15:42all of the contestants need to have their winning rooms ready for a photo shoot tomorrow.
15:49Mimi, get in there and start cleaning.
15:52I know what you're doing.
15:53You're dawdling.
15:54Come on.
15:56Come on, lock yourself in and don't come out.
16:01You can do this.
16:04You had a moment.
16:05Yes.
16:06So I was feeling it because I didn't want to let the girls down
16:10because I have so much respect for them and their work ethic.
16:13And, like, budget was an issue.
16:15Like, our house not being finished.
16:18This space being a massive job.
16:22Yeah.
16:24And also it being the last week.
16:26It was everything.
16:28And then I just couldn't handle it.
16:30Come on.
16:31Come here.
16:32Come here.
16:32Come on over here.
16:34Down here.
16:36You all right?
16:37Yeah.
16:37I just wanted this week to be, like, fine.
16:40It's not.
16:42I don't want to let the girls down.
16:43You're not going to let the girls.
16:44I think that's your main thing.
16:45You don't want to let the girls down.
16:47You've got to remember you've had a few big weeks
16:49and there's been a lot of **** that's happening.
16:51You haven't really spoken about it.
16:53No.
16:54It's bottling up.
16:56And now it's all coming out.
16:56Last week was so hard.
16:58And then I feel like even, like, judging.
17:00It was, like, so hard, like, seeing how, like, you know,
17:03Kylie and Brad left and then didn't even get to, like, process that.
17:06And then the All Stars came out and then riding that.
17:09And then there's a lot.
17:12So much has happened.
17:13Like, it was processing, like, you know, everything.
17:17And then when it gets too much, it all comes up.
17:19And I haven't really dealt with any of it.
17:21That's why you need to...
17:23That's why you need to talk about it.
17:30I'm so grateful for Kourtney.
17:33I don't think I'd be here on two legs if it wasn't for Kourtney.
17:41I think Mimi's got very thick skin.
17:44We've gotten really close, especially after all the experience with the block.
17:47Like...
17:51We're all feeling it.
17:53It's...
17:55The competition, yes, but the biggest thing is, like, mentally, you're drained.
18:02Yeah.
18:02You don't feel like your usual self.
18:05You really don't.
18:05And that's, like, the hardest part of it.
18:19You're all right.
18:19You're just having a panic.
18:28Breathe slowly.
18:29Slowly, slowly.
18:33I just can't.
18:34I haven't been able to process anything.
18:37Just try and breathe slowly, Mimi.
18:39Just...
18:40Just breathe slowly.
18:43It's just been terrifying that, like, things that, like, don't usually happen,
18:47because I've, like, come so far, are happening on the block.
18:52And it's, like, it's really confronting.
18:55Once a space is clean, I always feel so much better.
18:57So much better.
18:58I am okay now.
19:00Just everything kind of came piling.
19:03As soon as Courtney could sense that something was going down,
19:06she literally pulled me aside, comforted me.
19:09Love you.
19:11No, it's all right, doll.
19:11You've got this.
19:12Everyone needs an emotional support knee.
19:16One pair who are definitely not feeling the pressure of the block
19:20are all-star sisters, Eliza and Liberty,
19:22who have just arrived back from plant shopping in the Al Fresco area
19:25with a giant tortoise statue to surprise teammates, Rikki and Hayden.
19:29What?
19:31Have you got it out?
19:32Sort of.
19:34All right, ladies and gentlemen,
19:36it's time to get back to work.
19:37We've got a lot of work to do.
19:39We've got a lot of work to do.
19:40We've got a lot of work to do.
19:41We've got a lot of work to do.
19:42We've got a lot of work to do.
19:43We've got a lot of work to do.
19:44We've got a lot of work to do.
19:44I rolled up the top of the driveway to go talk to Rikki about something
19:49and the girls walked in a giant turtle.
19:53Tortoise.
19:59Give us two secs, mate.
20:02We gave the girls Rikki's cart and they came back with a giant turtle.
20:06Uh, tortoise.
20:07I said no turtle.
20:09No, no, but they gave us $100 off.
20:12$100 off what?
20:14The turtle, $3.89 or $2.89.
20:16It was a steal.
20:17Where is this going?
20:19So we thought they really talked us through it and we really have bought into it
20:23because look at this.
20:25Look how good it will be for kids.
20:27You can fit two.
20:32I thought that might have been joking, but I think they're serious.
20:35Oh, we got some lettuce for you.
20:37We can present it with some nice big lettuce.
20:40Right.
20:41Right.
20:43Okay.
20:46It might work.
20:47Hey, what do we know about stealing?
20:49Well done.
20:50Love it.
20:51Can I ask a question?
20:52Did you keep the receipt?
20:54Uh, all non-refundable.
20:57Non-refundable.
20:58Okay, excellent.
20:59All right, cool.
20:59Oh, it looks like he's going next to the fireplace there.
21:01Oh, it's starting to rain.
21:02It's really...
21:04It's about to hammer down.
21:05We can't possibly have it.
21:06Yeah.
21:12All right.
21:13He's in danger, so let's not damage him.
21:15Should we just leave it with you then?
21:16Yeah, just leave it with us.
21:17Great work, girls.
21:18Perfect.
21:18All right.
21:19Grab the head, mate, or grab the tail.
21:20Righto.
21:21Yep, well done.
21:28I think that they think this is like our little baby and our like big contribution.
21:33Our touch.
21:34Yeah, they don't want to like offend us by telling us how truly homeless it is, which it is.
21:38Now we've got a turtle.
21:39Tortoise.
21:40So kids are going to ride the turtle next to the fireplace.
21:43A metre wide fireplace with like three foot planks.
21:47Sounds good.
21:47It started off with blue skies this morning, ended up with very dark clouds.
22:04It is about to tumble down.
22:12We're outside.
22:12We've been tiling outside, but luckily for us, the tiles have set.
22:16We've protected the tiles.
22:18This is welcome to the block now.
22:23It is going to get messy.
22:25We hate rain on the block.
22:27Especially when we're doing a landscaping week, which nobody else is really doing.
22:31It just means mud.
22:31Mud everywhere.
22:33Mud inside the house.
22:34Mud outside the house.
22:35Mud in your shoes.
22:35Mud on your clothes.
22:36Mud on the nice tiles that we just laid.
22:38Really, really annoying.
22:39It's a disaster.
22:44The site's cooked.
22:45All the mud is getting tracked right through.
22:48This alfresco will not be an alfresco till probably Saturday.
22:51Right now, it's a thoroughfare and it is a muddy one.
22:54People just track mud through.
22:56If it wasn't a nightmare before, now it's a muddy nightmare.
22:59With Mother Nature bringing work to a standstill outside for the afternoon,
23:03sisters Maddie and Charlotte are planning a quiet evening of painting inside their rotunda.
23:09So they've asked teammate and all-star painter extraordinaire Ronnie
23:13for a quick lesson before they start.
23:15All right, girls.
23:16It's that time of the evening.
23:18We are painting, right?
23:19Yay.
23:20Obviously, we all know we've got to prime the walls.
23:21So the way it works, the primer sticks to the ceiling and the paint sticks to the primer.
23:26The secret is, in bowling, you really want to put a lot of paint on that roller.
23:31Yes.
23:33Use the rim.
23:35That's how much paint you need to put on.
23:36Perfect.
23:37We're doing a metre.
23:39Yeah.
23:40And you want to make it consistent and then feather over your previous one.
23:48I'm going to give you the roller.
23:49It looks flawless.
23:50I'm going to get you on a ladder.
23:52Give a bit of paint on there.
23:54Thank you very much.
23:55We had the painting king himself teaching us how to paint.
23:58I mean, it would have been nice in week one, but I'll take it in week 13.
24:02Now, I guess I'll have to repaint my whole house tomorrow.
24:10Inside the cinema room,
24:12things are starting to look a little bit brighter as the day comes to a close.
24:17Yeah, I think we'll be okay.
24:18I think we'll be okay.
24:19We've got lots of help from nine and six as well.
24:22They've chipped in with some of the labour and they've started the ceiling
24:27and they've started the arches.
24:28This is what we're going for.
24:31Oh, cool.
24:32We had the help of Spencer today and he's a yes, I can man.
24:36So that's all I need built.
24:38It's not hard, is it?
24:40All of a sudden, when you have people that work with you that say,
24:44yep, no issues, we can get it and we can make it happen.
24:46It all of a sudden changes your attitude towards everything.
24:50It's a shift.
24:50Yeah, it was an instant shift.
24:52And I think because he has done the block before,
24:55you've got this understanding.
24:57He would have wanted his trades to be just as invested.
25:00So when he comes into it, I think he has that.
25:03Which is the same when we come here,
25:05we're invested into it because we've been there, we've done that.
25:10Next door in the games room,
25:12workhorses Jimmy and Tam are well ahead of the competition
25:15with a first coat of paint in progress.
25:18I think one of my favourite things in the whole entire world
25:23is the vacuum cleaner.
25:24I do not like mess.
25:27So just watching it disappear is like one of the greatest things ever.
25:32I'm just used to cleaning up after Jimmy, I think.
25:35I'm joking.
25:36That's why I married her.
25:39Yep.
25:40It looks like you guys are smashing this and you're having a lot of fun.
25:43What's the secret?
25:45You can't stop.
25:46No.
25:47You just, you can't stop.
25:48One of the first things Scotty said to us when we did the block
25:52was treat every hour as your last.
25:55So you've got to treat it like it's a Sunday morning
25:57and you've just got to go the whole time.
25:59Exactly.
26:00And we probably won't get this experience again.
26:02So we're going to give it our all.
26:05Yeah.
26:07Hut in house two.
26:08The budget stress of the day has taken its toll on Courtney and Grant.
26:12Scotty comes down to the site, pulls me aside
26:16and blames me for your overspending.
26:18And guess what I did as the good husband and the good friend?
26:21I defended you to my dying breath.
26:24I just said, no, it's we made the decision together.
26:27The buck stops with me.
26:29I'm going to say, at that point...
26:29It's my fault.
26:30At that point...
26:32You don't get to justify this.
26:33This is not a debate.
26:34At that point, we hadn't spent any money.
26:35You spent too much.
26:36Are we going to have enough money for styling and plants?
26:39We won't have enough money for plants.
26:40No.
26:42It's as simple as that.
26:43Don't even start to argue about that.
26:44There's no...
26:46Do you want me to pull it out of my ass?
26:47Seriously.
26:49If we're going to follow the rules...
26:50We're going to be creative with how we...
26:51We're going to follow the rules.
26:51Go and dig some out from the beach.
26:53I don't know.
26:55I think our patience with each other...
26:58I love Grant.
26:59I love hanging out with him.
26:59But sometimes you just need a bit of a break.
27:01Do you love hanging out with me?
27:03Most of the time.
27:03I can't see it and neither can Australia right now.
27:11I think we need some just...
27:13We maybe need to go out to dinner or something.
27:14Maybe only 12 weeks away from you.
27:16If they're 12 weeks together then...
27:17No.
27:18Yeah, you couldn't do with it because you're clingy.
27:20I am.
27:22Yeah.
27:25You really pissed me off today.
27:29And your breath stinks.
27:31I had cheese and biscuits.
27:33My amnesia had three of them.
27:49Honestly, there's so much to do.
27:51I don't even know where to start.
27:52I just look at the side and I'm like, oh dear.
27:55Tiling has to be done.
27:56Cabinetry is arriving.
27:58And then I've got to do heaps of admin stuff.
28:00I'm following up orders.
28:01Make sure we have styling stuff.
28:03So yeah, lots to do.
28:05You'll get it done, won't you?
28:06Yeah, I think so.
28:07I mean, we've got to landscape this whole area
28:09and it doesn't really look like much has happened here.
28:12Hey.
28:14Nearing the end of a block build,
28:15things can easily look like doom and gloom for a contestant.
28:19But fresh eyes and years of block experience
28:22gives All Star Georgia a different perspective.
28:27We're actually tracking really well despite what it looks like.
28:31And also compared to the other spaces,
28:33I think our advantage is that we don't have 100 people in our room.
28:36Like imagine on that common area, you're trying to do stuff,
28:39but everyone for every other room is there.
28:41That's chaos.
28:42Chaos is right.
28:43The Alfresco area is trade essential today
28:46with not only Ricky and Hayden's trades,
28:48but it also has the only thoroughfare for the teams
28:52working inside to access their spaces.
28:55Our area is absolutely...
29:00It's a dumping ground.
29:01It is.
29:02It's a dumping ground in a circus.
29:04Like because there's so many people in that area, it's just congested.
29:07It's hard to get anything done.
29:08You've got ladders, you've got rubbish.
29:10It's the only way our tilers can keep the paving moving forward
29:14is if there's no rubbish and crap in the way.
29:17I would start a wheelbarrow, start throwing, picking things up,
29:20throwing them in the wheelbarrow.
29:21By the time I turn around and look at my barra,
29:25it's full from people just coming out.
29:27Just, yeah.
29:27And all the bins, where are they?
29:30Out the front of ours for once.
29:32Back of the block.
29:33For once they're there.
29:34Yeah, that's it.
29:36Yeah, so I've got to push barrows all the way down the bottom of the block,
29:39come back, load up rubbish again,
29:41and I just kept going to try and keep moving.
29:45Look, it is what it is.
29:46It's just funny.
29:49This is where we're at trying to make this work.
29:53While Ricky and Hayden are still in good spirits,
29:55despite their gloomy situation,
29:57All-Star teammate Liberty has a slightly different perspective.
30:03This gear gives me so much trauma.
30:05It is so unbelievably triggering.
30:07I'll tell you what gives me the most trauma.
30:08When I wake up in the morning and I've had two hours sleep
30:11and I feel like absolute anus.
30:15I've got a lot to do, so...
30:16You've got a lot to do, mate.
30:17You've got a heap to do.
30:19Is there any more Rickys around besides Ricky the Bricky?
30:23Any more Rickys?
30:24Hey, Jimmy, he's done yet, mate.
30:26Any more Rickys around?
30:28No, they're Ricky.
30:29Ricky?
30:29Ricky.
30:30No?
30:30Not a Ricky?
30:31Ricky!
30:31No, sorry.
30:32Ricky, Ricky?
30:33No, you're not a Ricky, Liberty.
30:35Ricky the Bricky is busy working on the main feature of the Alfresco area,
30:40a grand brick feature wall which houses a fully enclosed stoke fireplace.
30:46The boys have been meticulously planning every detail of the fireplace
30:50for the last five weeks,
30:51since they chose the Alfresco space to deliver.
30:55First, they picked the bricks for the outside.
30:57So, this is our CSRs, PGH bricks and stone.
31:01So, fireplace.
31:02Our bricks and our stone, this is the final finish, right?
31:06So, this is the look that you want to go for.
31:08I like that one.
31:10Get him on that.
31:12Then they picked the fireplace to go inside the bricks.
31:16So, this one here is UK 1550.
31:18Yep.
31:18Pizza rubber.
31:19Beautiful.
31:20So, we've turned our outdoor area into not only the fireplace,
31:24but now it's basically the outdoor kitchen.
31:26You've got a full kitchen.
31:27Yep.
31:27And finally poured over the instructions to make sure it was all installed perfectly.
31:32I've got to work out these installation instructions.
31:38And I've got a really itchy ear.
31:40♪ Bring me a pile of light
31:45Bring me a pile of light
31:49Today, the final bricks are being put in place on this PGH grand masterpiece.
31:56But word on the block is there might be something amiss,
31:58and Grant has the smoking hot gosh.
32:02We heard that the glue on the outdoor fireplace
32:05has actually been put on backwards.
32:07Um, and that's a big problem because that's already been bricked in.
32:13Are you serious?
32:14I'm not kidding.
32:19That's right.
32:20Plumber Ricky has installed the entire six-metre-long flue
32:23for his grand fireplace upside down.
32:26And now it has been fully bricked in.
32:29Let's watch his face as he finds out.
32:32Ricky, are you up or down?
32:34Up.
32:35I'm up at the moment, up a ladder.
32:36Do you want to come down and show us something?
32:40Not really.
32:41Down.
32:41Down.
32:41Righto.
32:42Up.
32:42Down.
32:43Righto, coming down.
32:44Okay, down.
32:45I'm assuming this is really good.
32:46You want to come over here with us?
32:48What have I won?
32:49I'm confused.
32:50I've won something.
32:51Yeah, yeah, yeah you have.
32:52I'm excited.
32:56So the smoke goes up.
32:58Yep.
32:59What way would you put the flue in?
33:02What way would you put the flue in?
33:05From the bottom up?
33:06Is that?
33:07Yep.
33:07Yeah.
33:08Yeah.
33:09Yeah, and then, oh, I know.
33:11As per manufacturer's guidelines and instructions.
33:14Yes.
33:14Yes.
33:15And per the Australian standards.
33:16Yes.
33:17All right, back to work.
33:18No.
33:18No?
33:19The one thing you seem to have missed.
33:21Yeah?
33:22Yeah.
33:22Is the manufacturer's specifications and the Australian standards?
33:25Yes.
33:25Just the internal skin is pointing going down, not up.
33:29Nice.
33:29Okay.
33:31There, that's the place we were waiting for.
33:34Oh, you had a 50-50 chance.
33:37I just took the gamble.
33:39No.
33:39Yeah.
33:40Well, the gamble hasn't paid off.
33:43We're going to have to pull the entire lot out and put it back in.
33:47To be honest, I don't know how we're going to be able to do that.
33:50But just another setback.
33:57Oh, the wheels have fallen off, mate.
33:59With who?
34:01Everything in this Alfresco.
34:03It's pretty grim.
34:13It's Friday afternoon before Clubhouse reveal.
34:16Lots of contestants are out and about for some last minute shopping.
34:20I've had a really good day.
34:22Okay.
34:23Oh, careful.
34:27And returns.
34:28I had extra beacon lights at home,
34:30which I then returned to then buy pendants for this space.
34:33Tears closed the boxes back up and sent them off to Rikki.
34:36I did the same for Freedom.
34:39Back at the block, it's deliveries and installs galore.
34:43And thanks to Combank,
34:44the blockheads are able to install sustainable BYD batteries in all their homes.
34:50BYD battery is a lithium home battery to store your excess energy from solar
34:54and power your house.
34:56So you are self-independent and self-sufficient with the solar energy.
35:00Every house in the block has a BYD battery in their garage
35:03to power their home during the evening.
35:06I am just on the Combank app,
35:08and I've just found out that I can get $10 cash back
35:12if I spend $75 or more on Amazon Australia,
35:15thanks to Combank Yellow.
35:17So that's very, very helpful.
35:19And I feel like anything is going to help us today
35:23because we are running low on cash.
35:26This afternoon was hectic.
35:27We had Coco Republic delivering furniture.
35:29We had Schott's delivering furniture.
35:31It all had to go somewhere, which was our front yard.
35:34Everyone's deliveries also had to go on our front yard.
35:36It was just chaotic.
35:43Michelle, welcome to our very own resort.
35:48It should be getting cleaner,
35:49but it just seems to be getting messy.
35:50I don't know what's going on.
35:51It's a little bit messy because of the clubhouse.
35:53Look at that.
35:53I know.
35:54That's fantastic.
35:55That is incredible.
35:57Wow.
35:57North facing too.
35:58Beautiful.
35:59Yeah, so...
36:01Here they are.
36:02Look at them.
36:03The champion of champion of young women.
36:06Yeah, absolutely.
36:07How are you going?
36:08I'm good. How are you?
36:09Good.
36:09It is nice to see you.
36:10Good to see you too.
36:11It is a bit sad that this was our last visit from Scotty and Shelley,
36:15but I mean, we'll get to see them still,
36:17but it's the last walk around.
36:19All done.
36:20Means we're getting closer and closer to the end.
36:22Welcome to our area.
36:23Welcome.
36:24Yeah.
36:24So wait, wait.
36:24Before we get too far...
36:25Where does it start?
36:26Wait, I've got a little surprise for everyone.
36:28We are thinking of maybe doing the Blockywood Walk of Fame.
36:34That's cool.
36:35Making some tweaks.
36:36Shelley and I are a bit disappointed we don't have a star reach.
36:38Well, we did think about it.
36:40That's a very cool idea.
36:45The Blockywood Walk of Fame will lead to a well-appointed barbecue
36:49and formal dining area with a cosy fireplace.
36:52The rotunda is surrounded by luscious garden beds
36:55and an in-ground trampoline and a sandpit for the kids.
36:59All put together with the help of all-star couple Ronnie and Georgia.
37:03Hello, Shelley.
37:04Hello, Scotty.
37:05I said to Scotty, who would...
37:06You must see his number come up on your phone and go...
37:09I pick up straight away.
37:10Oh, no.
37:10Straight away.
37:11Straight away, Shel.
37:12What have you got for me, mate?
37:12What have you got for me?
37:13It's like Batman.
37:14Whatever you want.
37:15I know you float in and you float out and you judge a challenge
37:18and you have a nice dinner, but now you're back on the tools.
37:21It's nice to know that we're here for a week
37:22and then we get to go home.
37:23The girls are doing a good job.
37:24They work hard.
37:25They're so young.
37:26They go get it.
37:26They had a pretty tough journey, like coming in three weeks in.
37:30Four.
37:30Four weeks in.
37:31Yeah, didn't make a lot of friends early, but they're coming home strong.
37:34I hate hearing that because that's a hard slog, isn't it?
37:37But you know all about it.
37:38They've done well.
37:39They held on.
37:39They held on.
37:40Yeah, that's it.
37:41They didn't listen to the white noise and just did the job, which we love.
37:44You've got lots to do.
37:45Yeah, we've got lots to do.
37:46Let's go.
37:46Chop, chop.
37:47See you later.
37:48Scotty and Shelley did think that we had a lot to do
37:51and we're like, yes, we've got lots to finish off today.
37:54We've got lots of different zones in our area.
37:56I think they were excited to see how it turned out.
38:00The next stop on our Clubhouse tour is the Day Spa,
38:03where Courtney and Grant had teamed up with last year's winners, Steph and Gianna.
38:07Excuse me, all-stars.
38:09Hello.
38:11They came, they spent all their money and then they left.
38:15That's what they did because they've got so much money,
38:18they don't care about it anymore.
38:19Oh, come on.
38:20Scotty was a bit worried because we've both made some changes and spent a bit of money,
38:25but I think it's all going to come together really nicely.
38:28The newly paired back luxury spa is one large wet room with floor-to-ceiling stone,
38:33tiled bench seats, side-by-side ice baths,
38:36twin saunas and a Japandi slash Mediterranean neutral colour palette.
38:42There's some serious reputations on the line this week, is there not?
38:45There really is.
38:46We're dealing with lots of egos.
38:48Not to mention the $50,000 off your reserve, which is $50,000 in your pocket.
38:53Yeah.
38:54So it's so important for these guys.
38:55Well, it's like giving $50,000 cash.
38:57Yeah, let's do it.
38:58Effectively, so it's a huge prize and yeah, we're hoping we can help them bring it home.
39:02Absolutely.
39:03But Courtney and I said we wouldn't have been able to do it probably this last,
39:05we would have got through it, but it's been nice to have that bit of a push,
39:08that bit of energy.
39:09The energy that they're bringing for the last week.
39:10Gianna's walking with faster legs than I am, he's moving with a faster pace than I am.
39:15And look, they're such lovely people.
39:17They've been here since they were 12, you know.
39:19I thought it was 11.
39:20I didn't know that.
39:21It was 14.
39:23Since they were 12 or 11, I'm not sure.
39:26Come on, I want to take you with me.
39:27Get in my backpack, let's go.
39:31He's on the back, come on.
39:33See ya.
39:34You're not going anywhere, you've got work to do.
39:35We'll see you soon.
39:36See ya.
39:37Bye.
39:37Bye guys.
39:38Bye.
39:38See ya.
39:41So that was the final Scotty and Shelly walk around.
39:44Oh my god, it was the final, I didn't even realise.
39:46I still remember the first one.
39:47How are you?
39:48Lovely to meet you.
39:49Nice to meet you.
39:49Great to meet you too.
39:50Heard a lot about you.
39:51You too, welcome.
39:52I didn't even, yeah, wow, okay, I didn't even realise that was the final walk through.
39:57Yeah, that's crazy.
39:58That kind of puts it into perspective, that this isn't coming to an end, so.
40:03Yeah, it's crazy.
40:04Oh wow.
40:06Let's check in next door in the games room, which is not in the running this week.
40:10Since Kylie and Brad chose to leave the competition after judging last Sunday.
40:15I don't want to come back for auction.
40:17I don't want to come back and have to deal with it.
40:19I don't.
40:22All-star extraordinaires Jimmy and Tam have pushed forward designing a retro space with
40:27a speakeasy vibe, which could accommodate both kids and adults and featuring a pop-up
40:33whiskey bar.
40:36You kind of drew the short straw and the all-star stick this week.
40:39I'm sorry for that.
40:40Yeah, I mean, it's something that we wish they were here because, I mean, you know,
40:44that camaraderie of the Blythe family.
40:47It's the whole reason we're here is to, you know, come in as a crew and do it together.
40:51I feel like now we're doing this space for everybody.
40:54Yes.
40:55It's not just for them.
40:55It's for the resort.
40:56It's for the resort.
40:57You're amazing, thank you.
40:59I've got to say the Kingsman cabinetry is outstanding.
41:03It's gorgeous.
41:04I love it.
41:04It's just got a really elegant look about it.
41:07And have you seen this special?
41:09I'm wondering because it's not a kitchen.
41:11It's not bar fridges.
41:12It's a pop-up, isn't it?
41:14It is.
41:15It's a pop-up whiskey bar.
41:16Oh, hello.
41:18Wow, that's cool.
41:19I want to point out too, someone we're forgetting.
41:23Ben, come on over here, mate.
41:25Yep, even though Kylie and Brad walked off the block last Sunday,
41:29their builder, Benny, has stuck around to finish the job.
41:32Yeah, you know how you talk about nicknames, Scotty?
41:36We call him the bull.
41:37The bull.
41:37He's the bull.
41:38So he's bull at a gate.
41:39We just get it done.
41:40You were left holding the baby, weren't you?
41:41I was.
41:42Pretty much.
41:42Yep.
41:42That's right, but we've got Jimmy and Tam are doing everything, so.
41:45Good on you, mate, for sticking around.
41:47Absolutely.
41:47And putting in the effort.
41:49Yeah, thank you.
41:49Well done, you know, you're commended.
41:51And you're the bull and the machine together.
41:53What about me?
41:54I'm in it too.
41:55Yeah, she's not chomping up.
41:57Oh, yes, of course, I know.
41:58Scotty's just standing there praising Jimmy and I'm just like, I'm here too.
42:04Hello, I'm a part of this team too.
42:07Definitely.
42:08Can you let me know when this is functioning?
42:10Absolutely.
42:10Yes.
42:11Give me a call.
42:11Yeah, yeah.
42:12Say, Scotty, we're on.
42:14And I'll say, I'll be there in a sec for sure.
42:15Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
42:17You're going to have to change his name in your phone to the machine.
42:20Sure.
42:21The number one question we get asked as past block contestants is what's Scott Cairn really like?
42:28And my reply to that is always like, if you're a hard worker, you put in
42:32and a genuine good guy, he'll give you all the time of the day.
42:37But if you're lazy and you're a dick, you won't get a second of his time.
42:49Saturday the 16th of November is Milk Happy Day.
42:54Our problem with Donald Howe's charity support families with seriously ill children.
42:58Two dollars from every Big Mac sold will go towards RMHC.
43:01From all of us here at the block, we support this amazing charity.
43:05Milk Happy Day!
43:10It's Friday afternoon and while most of our blockheads are hard at work completing their
43:14clubhouse spaces, Shelley and I are doing our final walkarounds of the year
43:19with our next stop, Christian and Mimi's cinema room.
43:23Is this the greatest week of your life or what?
43:27Don't have it.
43:28Hey, Shelley.
43:29It's been three months of your life, hey?
43:30Yeah, yeah.
43:32Are you okay?
43:34Oh, it's a bit of everything.
43:35I'm sad to leave, really sad.
43:39So many mixed emotions, yeah.
43:41We're happy to get home but obviously we've got such an emotional connection to all the
43:45crew, the place itself, you guys, Frankie, I'm like...
43:51Christian and Mimi's space includes a commercial kitchen
43:53with facilities to cater large functions.
43:57So as well as, you know, the walnut cabinetry and then we've got, like, secret doors.
44:02Secret doors.
44:02That look like cabinetry but that opens into...
44:05Straight into your cinema.
44:07Yeah.
44:08Go through the secret doors to find a luxe cinema room with large comfy couches and a
44:13big projector screen, which they have created with the help of all-star twins, Elisa and
44:18Lysandra.
44:23Hello, girls.
44:25Hello.
44:26Now, this is a proper picture theatre, isn't it?
44:29Like a miniature picture theatre.
44:31Yeah, so how much input did you two have in this plan or was it already all laid out by
44:35Mimi and Christian before you got here?
44:38We might have come with, like, a full set of plans, renders, elevations.
44:43And even if you had had a plan, they would have pre-booked everything anyway.
44:46No, no, no, no, that's not true.
44:48We figured, let's come with something because they might have complete design fatigue.
44:54We're here to solve all your problems.
44:56And what did they say?
44:57Oh, yeah, straight away.
44:59Have it.
45:01We're trying to get them their first ten for the series.
45:06Really?
45:08You can feel three coming.
45:09Listen, forget about the tens.
45:11Let's just get it finished.
45:12Let's get a piece and get a 50.
45:15That's what we want.
45:1750 grand off your reserve, 50 grand in your back pocket.
45:20Yeah.
45:21It's cash.
45:22That's what we want.
45:24What difference does that make on auction day?
45:26You could literally win the block from winning this room.
45:30Yeah.
45:30So we won our first series by $4,000.
45:34Yeah.
45:34Yes.
45:35And this is going to be awesome.
45:36I can see it.
45:37Yeah.
45:38It's going to be fantastic.
45:39Well done.
45:39All right, good luck.
45:40Thank you so much.
45:41Good luck.
45:43Have fun.
45:44Two days to go.
45:44You can do this.
45:46See you soon.
45:47Bye, girls.
45:50Let's step outside to our last stop on the tour.
45:53Rikki and Hayden's Alfresco area.
45:56It's our last walk around for 2024.
45:58Mate, I'm sad.
46:00This is it.
46:00This is the final push for you guys.
46:02This is it.
46:02Big push.
46:03Yeah.
46:04There's a lot to do in here.
46:05There's a lot to do.
46:06You've got extra hands, haven't you?
46:08You got someone helping you.
46:09There they are, up there, look.
46:11There they are.
46:11There they are, they're working hard.
46:13Ladies, ladies, ladies.
46:14There's a first for everything, isn't it?
46:17A girl's working hard.
46:18No, we're having the time of our lives.
46:20This is the best.
46:21They just let our be.
46:22You've given them the opportunity to talk, so.
46:24No, they let us just be ourselves and live our best lives.
46:27Living your best life.
46:32The huge Alfresco showcases a full brick feature wall
46:35which houses an open fireplace as well as several seating areas.
46:39The ceiling will be decorated with festoon lights
46:42and the entire space can be made weatherproof
46:45with the help of large HomePro blinds.
46:47Also, thanks to their all-star companions,
46:50Elijah and Liberty, it will include a large tortoise sculpture
46:54right by the fireplace.
46:57This is a great space.
46:58You could hold a wedding here and this could be the reception.
47:02You've got the commercial kitchen.
47:03And we've got the HomePro blinds.
47:05The blinds look good.
47:06Close it off.
47:07Wow.
47:08I didn't know that.
47:09Yep, yep.
47:09And are they just shade or are they waterproof as well?
47:12Shade and water and just that little bit of wind blocking as well.
47:14Amazing.
47:15Oh, that is great.
47:16This is going to be the place where you're going to be.
47:17Yes, out here in the Alfresco Terrace.
47:19We're going to have a nice couple of lounges by the fireplace.
47:21Right.
47:22Tell me about that fireplace that you've done.
47:24The fireplace is brick.
47:26It's got a built-in stove,
47:29in-situ fireplace that's all bricked in.
47:32And then the smoke will be sucked up the chimney.
47:35Or will it be coming out this way?
47:36No, it'll be coming down the bottom
47:37because I've installed it upside down.
47:38Correct.
47:39Yep.
47:39Yeah.
47:40Yep.
47:41Ricky, Ricky, Ricky.
47:41Everything's fixable.
47:42Yep.
47:43Here's the other half of our team.
47:44But we're going to be friends, aren't we?
47:46We are definitely.
47:47We will.
47:47That's the best prize of them all.
47:49We've definitely become best friends in a matter of hours.
47:52We group hug and stuff.
47:53I've all agreed that we are definitely best friends.
47:55Oh, we're all best friends.
47:56Definitely, 100%.
47:58After this, watch out Melbourne.
48:00When us four come to town,
48:02when we start hitting the streets, look out.
48:05But you've done a great job, boys, honestly.
48:07Yeah, stunning.
48:08That house is beautiful.
48:09Thanks, girls.
48:10Very proud of you.
48:10Yeah, it's a great house.
48:11Yeah.
48:12All right, well, there's lots to do here.
48:14But I do have one more thing to do at the cafe.
48:17I'd like you to join me there, please.
48:19Everybody.
48:19Are we invited?
48:20Yes, you are.
48:21Let's go.
48:24Come on in.
48:36Ladies and gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen.
48:38I'd like to say thank you to Lulu and Tina
48:41for their diehard efforts of early morning coffees.
48:45Flowers for you both.
48:45Aw, thank you.
48:47Thank you very much.
48:49Thanks, Shelly.
48:50Three cheers for Tina and Lulu.
48:51Hip hip.
48:52Hooray, hooray, hooray.
49:01As the trades begin to trickle off site for the day,
49:04site builders Nine and Six have decided
49:06to give Ricky and Hayden a chop out
49:08with their upside down flu dilemma.
49:10It's a quick fix if you've got the right equipment.
49:14Nine and Six decided to come and fix
49:16the flue of the fireplace and deal to that.
49:20So that was good of them.
49:21Thanks, boys.
49:23On ya.
49:25It's been a long, hard day of work for our contestants
49:27as well as the all stars.
49:29And they're all preparing themselves
49:31for a long night of work ahead.
49:34You got roped into this.
49:37Welcome to the block.
49:38Come have a bit of fun, they said.
49:40I'm really glad I got the help of Jian
49:43because the space is behind where it needs to be.
49:46But I've just realized when you've got somebody
49:47that can paint well, things go very quickly.
49:52So we smashed out the ceiling in about half hour.
49:55I feel really good about this space.
49:58And yeah, I'm so happy we're doing it with Steph and Jian.
50:01It's just been such a good week.
50:03Feels right.
50:04Best way to finish it off, for sure.
50:07How's this, eh?
50:09Last Friday on the block.
50:12This is weird that it's just coming to an end.
50:16Was someone asking for help because you were so far ahead?
50:19Oh, we've had a few.
50:21Yeah.
50:22We're not even in the run to win it.
50:23Yeah, that's right.
50:25You know?
50:27It's just time management and...
50:31And a positive attitude.
50:33That's right.
50:35The spaces, all of them are looking epic.
50:39Whoever buys any of these homes are going to...
50:44Oh my gosh.
50:45Have a huge strata fee.
50:47What's a strata fee?
50:51That's like the communal fee that everyone has to pay for upkeep.
50:55How am I meant to know what a strata fee is?
51:00Holy ****, these guys have so much work to do.
51:04The cinema room is looking particularly behind.
51:08You guys have got a lot of work to do, hey.
51:10Oh, thanks for reminding us.
51:11Totally.
51:12Have you seen our space?
51:13Everyone's got a lot of work to do.
51:15Except Maxwell.
51:16All right, get out guys.
51:17All right, sorry.
51:18Sorry, sorry, sorry.
51:20Look, who knows if we're all going to finish.
51:22I think we will get close, but there's a lot to be done for everyone.
51:27But it is crazy as we learn every single week, a lot can change in 24 hours.
51:31And even more can change in 48.
51:35Tomorrow night, it won't be smooth sailing across the finish line.
51:38We've run out of tiles.
51:39Call the supplier, they're not in the state.
51:42It's taken 13 weeks, but we've actually hit a complete disaster.
51:45So the vanity is now broken.
51:48A tradesman dropped a piece of timber onto our bench.
51:51There's 50 grand going for it.
51:54And Jessie and Paige get some closure of their own.
51:57Look at this.
51:58I love the handles.
52:00I need to like step back.
52:02Wow.
52:03Then it's time to judge the final spaces of this year's block.
52:06Look at this.
52:09This has just taken my breath away.
52:11This is next level.
52:13This is one of the best rooms I've ever seen, period.
52:16Taking $50,000 off their reserve, thanks to Disney Plus, is...
