00:00Hi, I'm Lisa Ferguson, one of the audiovisual specialists.
00:03And I'm Gabby Soutar, life scientist of the Scots Way.
00:07So today we have came along to Lost Shores and got a surfing taster session.
00:14And I have to say, I've never been a surfer before and it was absolutely amazing.
00:18How did you find it?
00:20You were better than me.
00:21I fell off quite a few times and I didn't manage to stand up but I still loved it.
00:24It was brilliant fun.
00:25It's one of those things that all the family could enjoy.
00:28I would 100% recommend coming along.
00:30Everyone can enjoy it, whether a beginner, novice or experienced.
00:34And they have wetsuits so you don't have to bring your own.
00:36How did you find it?
00:37It was great.
00:38We had a mixed group so some people had more experience and some had less.
00:42And they were really good with all of them.
00:44I was probably the most rubbish.
00:45Behave, I know you weren't.
00:46The instructors were amazing.
00:47They were very good.
00:48They made you feel comfortable in the water, especially if you're not the most confident
00:54in the water.
00:55It made you feel safe.
00:56It gave a good explanation on how to do things and yeah, it was just a great wee do.
