00:00Good evening from outside Celtic Park. It's match day minus one before Celtic take on
00:08RB Leipzig in the Champions League, their fourth game of this revamped elite European
00:14competition and a big, big match for both teams here tomorrow night. Celtic sitting
00:18on four points, pretty good position. Leipzig on zero, which is not where the Germans want
00:24to be. Marco Rosa, their manager, just holding his press conferences now and he was already
00:29stressing the importance of getting their campaign up and running here at Celtic Park.
00:35Celtic know that anything from this match would probably come as a bonus given how strong
00:41RB Leipzig are. They are second in the Bundesliga and despite their woes on the continent have
00:47been very impressive in Germany. This will be a stern test of Celtic's credentials. However,
00:54Celtic know that they have a really good base to build upon. Four points from their opening
00:59three matches, including a really impressive goalless draw away at Atalanta last time out.
01:05Brendan Rodgers spoke about how that's given his team renewed confidence. He also said
01:10though that a repeat performance will be required to get a result against Leipzig, given how
01:16strong they are. Arne Engels was the Celtic player who spoke to the media. He knows a
01:21few of the Leipzig players from their links with the Belgian national team, including
01:25free-scoring striker Luis Openda. He knows how challenging they will be as well and of
01:30course he played against Leipzig last season as an Augsburg player when he lost on both
01:34occasions. Celtic know that Leipzig will almost certainly be a significant test in comparison
01:42to Slovakia and Bratislava, the last team that came here on Champions League Tuesday.
01:45Celtic won that game 5-1. But you have to think that with games against Club Brugge,
01:50Dynamo Zagreb and young boys still to come, Celtic can fancy their chances and have
01:55a slight element of free hit about their appearance here against Leipzig. It should
02:00be a tremendously exciting evening when the two teams do battle here on bonfire night.
02:06I'll end with a message from Brendan Rodgers about pyrotechnics from his supporters for
02:12ban looming if they do any more on the continental stage. He said to basically leave the fireworks
02:17to the players on the pitch. Should be a cracking night tomorrow night between Celtic and Leipzig.
