00:00The spokesperson of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission of Paok, Winston Casio, apologized after beating up a Filipino employee of an alleged BPO company in Bataan.
00:12He was released from his post while the investigation was ongoing.
00:16Watch Sally Marefra.
00:21On October 31, the authorities accused a BPO in Bagatbataan of embezzling the accepted labor trafficking complaint.
00:30In the middle of the operation, this incident happened inside the company's clinic.
00:35The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, or Paok Spokesperson Director Winston Casio, was talking to a Filipino employee.
00:43Later, he suddenly slapped the employee twice.
00:47He was talking about this again, and then he slapped him again.
00:51The video was already on Paok's homepage, and Casio was first removed as a Spokesperson of the Commission to allow the investigation to proceed.
00:59Casio is now under administrative suspension until the Paok investigation is completed.
01:03The man in the video may file a complaint to face Casio here.
01:09Before the incident in the clinic, the cafeteria was already hot.
01:13The alleged thief, Paok's accomplices, quickly ran away.
01:21Casio then ran away.
01:24This is not true. This is a justification.
01:26The man was then taken to the operating room.
01:31Look at the camera.
01:34The Filipino employees were about to go home.
01:37You are here until Monday. The Filipinos will not go home.
01:41But 700 Filipinos were allowed to go home after being processed when the night came.
01:47Casio admitted that what he did was wrong.
01:50He also submitted an explanation to Paok.
01:53What you did was not the staff, not the child.
01:56This is a legitimate operation.
01:58When you finger-pointed us, you finger-pointed the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission,
02:03headed by the President of the Republic of the Philippines.
02:06I told the Filipinos, you are just a weak slacker so we will not punish you.
02:13Are you willing to do that?
02:15Is that an unjustification or a weak slacker?
02:20But at the end of the day, I still apologize.
02:22That is erroneous on my part.
02:24I should have just continued with the case.
02:27In an explanation, Casio again asked for forgiveness.
02:30He was told not to associate what he did with Paok.
02:34He is ready to face any administrative measures that the commission will impose on him.
02:39At the end of the day, what Doc did for me was still not right.
02:43You don't need to raise your hand, whether it's weak or strong.
02:48You can't just raise your hand to a person because he is weak.
02:53For me, you can't point out a mistake.
02:58GMA Integrated News continues to get the attention of Central One Bataan.
03:03For GMA Integrated News, I am Sani Marafra, your witness.
03:18Thanks for watching.
