00:09there's a chance of landfall on Babuyan Islands or mainland northern Cagayan.

00:14But it can also partly come down to Cagayan or Isabela.

00:21or storm Marseille in the eastern portions of Luzon and Visayas.

00:37tomorrow morning, there's a chance of rain in Cagayan Valley,

00:40Cordillera, Isabela, Quezon, Bicol Region, Palawan, and Mindoro Provinces.

00:46By afternoon, it's also possible for Central Luzon,

00:49other parts of Calabar Zone, and Mimaropa to experience rain.

00:52There's also a chance of rain in some parts of Paray Island,

00:55Negros Provinces, Central and Eastern Visayas,

00:58and in some parts of Mindanao due to thunderstorms.
