00:00More than 100 families are affected by a fire in a remote area in Manila, within 24 hours.

00:13These families are struggling in Barangay 659 Arroceros in Manila.

00:18Yesterday afternoon, a fire broke out in a house.

00:22According to the firefighters,

00:24they were just surprised when the rooms were filled with smoke.

00:28Here, they saw that one of the rooms next to them was on fire.

00:33When I woke up, the fire was already strong, ma'am.

00:36It was very strong.

00:38Then, all my colleagues took out their equipment.

00:42When I went up there earlier, the fire was still there.

00:46Then, when I came back, it was gone.

00:49It's a good thing that all our equipment was not burned.

00:52Somehow, we can still wear it.

00:54According to the BFP Manila,

00:56more than 20 families were burned.

00:59The fire is still being investigated.

01:04Almost 150 families lost their homes in the fire in Barangay 128, Tondo, Manila, last night.
