00:04the Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, ordered the export of pharmaceutical products
00:12and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:14This is through the new Administrative Order No. 2024-0012
00:21by the Agency to Ensure the Safety, Safety, and Quality of Health Products.
00:27In accordance with Section 15 of the Executive Order No. 175,
00:31no medicine or apparatus can be sold, imported, exported, or distributed
00:38if it is not registered according to the guidelines set by the Department of Health.
00:44The new regulations also stipulate that a product cannot be considered adulterated or misbranded
00:51if it follows the guidelines of foreign purchasers and in accordance with the law of the country
