00:00Cemeteries in Metro Manila are all set for the expected influx of visitors with most of them
00:06anticipating record numbers of people or at least figures higher than of that last year
00:11to troop respective resting places starting tomorrow. PTV's Vian Manalo has more.
00:18The management of Manila South Cemetery is all set for the massive flow of visitors
00:23for tomorrow's All Saints Day solemn celebration. They are expecting more to visit this year
00:28compared to last year which will reach more than 500,000 individuals. The Manila Police District
00:35is also ready. More than a thousand police will be deployed to ensure security and order in the area.
00:51It is expected close to 100,000 individuals will visit the Libingan ng mga Bayani this year.
00:57The grave services unit army support command of the Philippine Army has laid out their security
01:02protocols and has deployed 80 military personnel and police in different parts of the LMB. Although
01:09there is no confirmation yet, the president may visit his father's grave tomorrow on All Saints Day.
01:27Marikina City Mayor Marcy Chudoro inspected Loyola Memorial Park. More than 2,000 individuals
01:37have already visited today. The local government has also implemented a traffic rerouting schema.
01:45The authorities are also fully preparing for the flow of people to the cemeteries in Cebu.
