00:00Security is being enforced in Baguio Cemetery.

00:03Flowers and candles are being hung in a flower stall in the middle of the city.

00:08They will also be sold.

00:19Even if the rain is heavy here in Baguio City,

00:22the Baguio Public Cemetery was opened early to the public

00:26to visit the grave of their loved ones.

00:31Early this morning, more than 100 police officers were deployed

00:35to the almost 10-hectare Baguio Cemetery and Baguio Memorial Park.

00:39As part of the preparation,

00:41the Baguio City Police Office inspected the inside and outside of the cemetery.

00:46They also put up signage for better circulation of visitors.

00:51Even when it rains,

00:53the police and other volunteers continue to guard the area.

00:58We made the plan.

00:59We will look at the actual deployment.

01:03At the same time, we will look at the weather.

01:07At least, we hope that the weather will persist from today, maybe, even after tomorrow.

01:19The local government of Baguio City and the authorities

01:23that from today until November 2,

01:26it is prohibited to sell inside the cemetery

01:29and to sell near the cemetery.

01:32It is also prohibited to bring things such as

01:35guns, alcohol, cigarettes, flammable materials,

01:39gambling materials, and loudspeakers.

01:42It is expected that 2,000 people will go to the Baguio Cemetery

01:46and Baguio Memorial Park, the largest cemetery in the city.

01:50In addition to reminding the police,

01:52we will be prepared.

01:54We didn't expect the weather.

01:57Our condition now is that they will bring their own umbrella.
