00:00Security is being enforced in Baguio Cemetery.
00:03Flowers and candles are being hung in a flower stall in the middle of the city.

00:19Even if the rain is heavy here in Baguio City,
00:22the Baguio Public Cemetery was opened early to the public
00:26to visit the grave of their loved ones.
00:31Early this morning, more than 100 police officers were deployed
00:35to the almost 10-hectare Baguio Cemetery and Baguio Memorial Park.
00:39As part of the preparation,
00:41the Baguio City Police Office inspected the inside and outside of the cemetery.
00:46They also put up signage for better circulation of visitors.
00:51Even when it rains,
00:53the police and other volunteers continue to guard the area.
