00:00Around P3 million worth of property was burned in a residential area in Santa Ana, Manila this morning, according to Vell Custodio.

00:21A fire engulfed around 100 houses in Barangay 775, Santa Ana, Manila around 6 in the morning.

00:36You can hear the falling of foundations because of the fire.

00:41Based on the investigation of the Bureau of Fire Protection Manila,

00:44a dog left a candle in a house that was engulfed by the fire.

00:49It was cut by the wind and it missed the candle.

00:55So on that time, he ate outside.

00:59He put his candle under his bed on the ground floor.

01:05And there was a dog tied there.

01:08The fire spread quickly because the houses were close to each other and most of them were made of light materials.

01:13That's why within less than an hour, the fire was raised to the fourth alarm.

01:18Because of this, around 100 families or 700 to 800 people were affected by the fire.
