00:00Just hold right here.
00:02Is this okay?
00:04Yes ma'am.
00:14You can step right over there.
00:16I'll see you right there.
00:18I'll get you whatever one you want.
00:24You can take a picture.
00:26Thank you for coming.
00:30It's embarrassing.
00:32Just simply embarrassing.
00:34It's beneath any president.
00:36But that's what we're getting used to.
00:38That's why this election is so important.
00:40You know, most presidential scholars
00:42I've spoken to
00:44talk about the single most consequential thing
00:46about a president is character.
00:48Character.
00:50And he puts that in question
00:52every time he opens his mouth.
01:00So that was anyone Tuesday?
01:02Well, I feel like
01:04the election is a free and
01:06fair process, regardless of
01:08what he said.
01:10I think losers always cry the loudest.
01:12I feel like for those
01:14who vote, who take the time to read the ballots
01:16and actually
01:18go and do their civic duty
01:20there's no problem.
01:22There shouldn't be any problem. However, like I said
01:24losers cry the loudest.
01:26I know he's a little arrogant, but I feel
01:28like from what he did for
01:30over four years ago, the economy
01:32was better. It stinks as far as
01:34I'm concerned. We're having a hard
01:36time. My husband's self-employed and we're having
01:38a hard time making a living
01:40because of the way the economy
01:42is right now. And we just feel like
01:44that hopefully he's going to put us back on
01:46some kind of track. And I'll be
01:48honest with you, I'm worried about what the world is
01:50coming to. He fight for this country.
01:52That's how I like it. He put
01:54his heart into it. He fight for the country.
01:56He fight for the people in the United States.
01:58I mean, there's
02:00nothing I can do about it really, so I just have to put my
02:02trust in it and hope, you know, and trust
02:04the government to make sure
02:06every ballot is counted correctly.
02:14This cycle, it's been pretty
02:16steady the entire time. To the
02:18extent that you see behind me, that
02:20usually happens about when we get to
02:22about a week out.
02:24Obviously, it's a week
02:26till election day. It's on
02:28the people's top of mind
02:30and that's when we're the busiest.
02:32But we've had over 88,000
02:34people that have voted in person
02:36here in Franklin County.
02:38Yesterday we had about 7,700
02:40and we anticipate that that number
02:42will go up as we go
02:44through the end of early in-person voting
02:46which will end on Sunday of this week.
02:48I just thought the crowd
02:50would be a lot smaller than what it is now,
02:52but I would never wait for the last minute.
02:54I always come and vote earlier.
02:56It's important. I want to make sure that my
02:58vote is counted. Voting in general,
03:00it's important. We've got to get out here. Every
03:02vote counts. Every voice matters.
03:04I come out here for myself, for my nieces,
03:06for women everywhere.
03:08My rights are human rights. Women's rights
03:10are human rights. Abortion is healthcare.
03:12We're here for it.
03:14I have sisters.
03:16I have a wife. I have
03:18a mother. And considering
03:20some of the issues that
03:22have been decided
03:24at the federal and now state level
03:26in this nation over the past four years,
03:28I decided more
03:30than ever to come out early
03:32to make sure that I didn't miss my chance
03:34while working on Tuesday.
03:36I didn't want to come after polls close.
03:38The major concern which I have
03:40is
03:42our involvement
03:44in the rest of the world.
03:46What we are doing
03:48in Ukraine
03:50and especially what we are doing
03:52in
03:54Gaza,
03:56in Palestine,
03:58and in Lebanon now.
04:00I don't want
04:02us to be involved in
04:04someone else's war.
04:06We have enough of our
04:08own issues which we
04:10should be taking care of
04:12rather than spending
04:14billions and billions of dollars
04:16on others' wars.
