00:20Number two, we feel that a lot of the evidence that has been considered by the judge are hearsay. This is probably one of the rare or if not the only case where hearsay evidence is taken wholesale.
00:39Everything that was said was taken wholesale. Now without going into very much detail, we are going to prepare for the defence. We will have to take the judgement and respect the judgement.
00:54But I'm just so surprised that this is probably the only case that I've ever had where at this stage I don't even win on a single point, not a shred of cotton that I won. Forget about the clothes, not even a shred of cotton I won in this particular holding.
