00:00But what I saw this week is kind of what I thought we would see, which is their defense isn't fantastic, but good enough.
00:08But their offense, you would think, is good enough to win them a lot of games.
00:12And as you mentioned, at this point, they are the favorites to win the division.
00:16They beat the Buccaneers yesterday, and they needed every piece of offense that they could.
00:20Kyle Pitts came alive in this one, 31-26.
00:24And on top of it, Vinny, the good news for the Falcons is their schedule is pretty soft coming up.
00:28You would expect them, potentially, to win the division fairly easily.
00:32But, you know, I just don't know about them from week to week.
00:36Because, again, you look back at what happened against Seattle, a team that just got beat by Buffalo.
00:41I understand there's a week-to-week league in the NFL.
00:43But I can't fully go all in with Atlanta until I see them roll off like a few wins in a row.
00:49Yeah, they're very pass-dependent at this point.
00:53I mean, it's very much a 180 situation from what they did with Arthur Smith last year.
00:58A lot of two tight end sets, a lot of run-heavy looks.
01:01This year, they seem to be willing to abandon the run early and get into their pass mode.
01:06And you can live and die by that, right?
01:08When Kirk Cousins is protected, he's sitting back in the pocket, can make big plays.
01:12You're going to win those type of games.
01:14But last week, when they had the Seahawks and they wanted to stick with that game plan,
01:18that was the week to go ballistic with the running game, as we saw what the Bills did against the Seahawks.
01:24Sometimes these teams stick with what they do and don't want to deviate.
01:28So if the Falcons can pass on a team, they're going to have a lot of success.
01:32But if they face a tougher pass defense that has a weaker run defense, they've got to pivot a little bit.
01:38They still have a very good offensive line and a very good running back that they should lean on.
01:42And that will determine how far they can go.
