08:15Dean, but he missed game number one with an injury. He's back in this game
08:18So I do think the eagles will be much more formidable
08:21Which means ben that pass rush is going to get home on kirk cousins
08:25And as we know kirk cousins doesn't look like he's 100 percent not firing on all cylinders
08:30Do I think the pittsburgh steelers overall have a better defense than the philadelphia eagles?
08:33Yes, I do. But the atlanta falcons were embarrassing on opening day. The only bright spot was bijan robinson
08:39But if we're just focusing on the quarterbacks here for total prop markets like rushing props
08:43You're not looking at kirk cousins to run the football. You might be looking at jalen hurts to do that passing props here
08:48I still think decent enough weapons on the outside where the eagles can expose some things here on that falcons defense
08:53Even though I do think the falcons defense is better this year than it was last year
08:56But i'm more apt to vote and bet on jalen hurts than I would on kirk cousins tonight

11:49About the anytime touchdown prompt for bijan robinson again. He did not score last week in atlanta's opener
11:54They only put up 10 points. So I guess that makes sense
11:57He had five targets and five grabs for 43 yards receiving
12:01But he only had four rushing touchdowns last year in his rookie campaign
12:05Four receiving scores had one receiving touchdown in the final four games for the falcons
12:11He doesn't necessarily have the touchdown pay dirt price pedigree
12:15That's saquon barkley does and yet he is a minus money number to score
12:20Maybe that should lead us to believe that bijan will cash that number

13:00We want to see a bounce back or at least I want to see somewhat of a bounce back from the falcons offense overall
13:05Let's dive in
13:07Philadelphia five and a half point home favorite tonight tom to end out this second week of the nfl season
13:1246 and a half is that over under we always use the numbers to inform what we expect the game to look like
13:20Tonight are we going to see some points? Will the offensive offensive numbers be up there?
13:26Will atlanta keep this game closer than the odds makers expect vecchio? What do you think monday night football looks like in philly?
13:33I think we are in for a slow start
13:35And I think a live over 41 and a half or 42 is probably the best spot to go. So
13:41Five and a half I think is spot on again if we can get that at three for the eagles
13:45I'd be significantly more interested in that
13:47You know, the falcons didn't look good in week one
13:49But so a lot of teams didn't look good in week one and you know
13:52The eagles with a little bit extra rest
13:53I want to say one of the key things i'll be focusing in on is will their offensive line
13:57Smooth out some of the issues that they had, you know, the snaps weren't 100 clean in week one
14:01But they had that extra time
14:03Can they get that under control and can they put the offense in a great spot?
14:06And then for the falcons a slow game
14:08Like I said outside of robinson where we're going to see production from the falcons and will they be able to exploit?
14:13At least some of the issues that we saw with the eagles secondary from week one
14:18It should be fun to watch your play because we're still in week two mode where yesterday
14:21We watched the majority of teams close out their week two who's good who's bad who bounced back from week number one
14:26We don't necessarily have that and also it's two tough performances tom
14:29As you said really to great atlanta's week one performance on offense is kirk cousin healthy. What's going to take place?
14:34They played a very good pittsburgh steelers defense then the philadelphia eagles on that ice skating rink down in brazil
14:38Are they really this bad on defense stopping the run or will they be able to get off blocks? We'll find out
14:43Let's get to the quarterback equation of this jalen hurts versus kirk cousins
14:46If we're looking at the passing props here jalen hurts currently listed at the fando sportsbook at 229
14:51Kirk cousins just below him at 224
14:53If you look at the passing touchdowns, obviously both of them at one and a half
14:56But juiced to the plus plus 122 for hurts and for kirk cousins plus 148
15:01Which quarterback are you looking at tonight with possibility of some props tom?
15:06It wouldn't surprise me if hurts has a good game
15:09But still hits the under on his touchdown prop just because they're going to get to the red zone
15:14They don't have that big target with aj brown not to say there aren't options in the passing offense
15:18I like for a touchdown we'll get to that in a few minutes
15:20But I wouldn't be surprised if he hits the under and he rushes one in and sake one rushes one in
15:25And he has one passing touchdown
15:27So i'm a little bit hesitant when it comes to that passing number for the touchdowns at least for kirk cousins
15:32I think the yards are probably the spot to be going if they fall behind they're gonna be put into a passing game script
15:37They gave him all this money for a reason. He gave it to him because they need a boost in offense
15:42They have a completely new offensive scheme a new oc new head coach, etc, etc
15:46So let's kind of flex that and we saw some of the big plays by the packers receivers in week one
15:51They have some of that talent with drake london
15:53So if they can show that that'll put kirk cousins in a good spot to hit you over
15:57I don't want to talk about prime time kirk and his inability to cover win games
16:01Whatever might be I think the stats will be there for kirk cousins tonight where they come away with the win

16:41Let's go to their backfield mates and bijan robinson and saquon barkley both guys putting up more than 110
16:49Scrimmage jords in week number one saquon scored three times two rushing one receiving
16:54Bijan did not find paydirt as atlanta only scored 10 in a season opening loss against
17:00Pittsburgh when you look at these two who can do it all what gets your main attention
17:05honestly the over for both of them when it comes to combined rushing plus
17:09Receiving and I think it fits the game script kind of regardless of what happens
17:13We know the eagles are going to be without aj brown
17:15And if they want to run the ball a little bit more and or they're ahead
17:18that just plays into saquon having a ton of carries and controlling the clock and he piles up yards because
17:23He's awesome, and they're just going to be moving the ball. And if we see
17:27Robinson, they fall behind he's going to have his rushing attempts, which gives him a good baseline
17:30But then the receiving work from him I think can be very interesting
17:33We didn't see a whole lot of it from josh jacobs in week one
17:36But robinson does play a good role as ever his receiving probably sitting at four and a half reception
17:40So he's going to be playing a role in the receiving game
17:43so again a combined over for either of them if you just have a side that you want to oh you think the
17:48The falcons cover and you just want to roll with robinson totally fine
17:51I'm on board that and if you think the eagles roll they're out ahead and saquon just has a big game because of that
17:56I think that's totally fine as well
17:57I don't think there's really a wrong way to go about them at least the backfield tonight
18:01With aj brown now brings up a lot more opportunities on the philadelphia eagles side to try to buy low at that position
18:07Devontae smith who last week here before we got the news that aj brown was going to miss this game
18:11Was hovered around the 60 yard mark
18:13He was actually as high as 73 and a half at the pandal sportsbook this morning back to 71 and a half drake london
18:1857 and a half here for atlanta a couple tight ends pitts and goddard 41 and 43 and a half respectively here and also
18:25Jahan dotson didn't see much work in week. Number one
18:29Looks like he's going to be thrust into that starting role at 27 and a half
18:32How are you approaching the receiving props here tom tonight?
18:35When it comes to receiving I have a position on smith already for a touchdown plus 170
18:40I got that on saturday when uh, there was the first news that aj brown was listed as questionable always jumping on the news early
18:46I would also like him over his longest reception sitting at 23 and a half 11 out of 16 games last year
18:50He had a reception of at least 21 yards
18:52So that's the first spot they traded for johan dotson for a reason so there is some
18:57uh
18:58Relative coach speak team speak gm speak what i'm going to call it that they want to get him involved
19:02So seeing him heading over wouldn't surprise me
19:04I think dallas goddard has to be the most interesting option of that bunch his touchdown
19:09Odds are sitting at plus 200 plus 210 wherever might be we can certainly look there
19:14Uh, the yards I think have to be the most interesting because if we're seeing at least some defensive
19:20Adjustments from the falcons to take away smith in certain circumstances
19:24You know worrying about johan dotson may not be an every play thing for them and that leaves that safety blanket for dallas goddard
19:29So there's an opportunity for all three of your receivers to have a big game. I don't think it'll be all three
19:34I think it'll come down to smith for a touchdown and got it for the yards
19:39When you see dallas goddard 43 and a half, of course, if we talk tight ends, we got to look at the other side
19:45For the falcons it's year number four with kyle pitts since he was drafted fourth overall in 2021
19:52We have asked the question is kyle pitts
19:54Going to be what we expected out of florida with the acquisition of kirk cousins
20:00And the expected uptick in offensive production a lot of people said
20:04Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. We're not getting fooled again
20:09We're going to kyle pitts this year with kirk. Does it finally happen?
20:14Starting week two vecchio between pitts and cousins tonight in philadelphia
20:19I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that it started in week one when he had the touchdown
20:24I think they need to make a more conscious effort to get drake london involved
20:28So while i'm very high on kyle pitts as I have him on my most important dynasty team for the past four years
20:33I'm waiting for him to break out. I'm not sure if it's going to be this game

20:39You know as i'm going to continuously say we saw reed and dobs break off these big plays last week
20:44And that should be the point of emphasis to get drake london their best receiver

20:53I just don't know if he plays a massive massive role and if the pass russ can get after kirk cousins
20:58That's where robinson will come into play out of the backfield with the low a dot passes to kirk cousins

21:22If you want to buy in on falcons
21:23It actually might be a good idea to wait till after the game if they lose this game
21:28Your odds will be a little bit longer you buy in then you don't think the saints and the bucks continue to roll
21:32And then you get back in on atlanta at that point
21:35But it's a little bit of wait and see for the falcons on where they're going to overall

22:27Is this game more competitive than the rather lofty spread in the birds favor would indicate

22:42So I think a lot of people are looking at this game saying we might be hunkered in to a defensive struggle

22:51Hey kirk cousins good quarterbacks and weapons down there and the philadelphia eagles with one of the most talented offense pound for pound

23:02And also the eagle's coming in well rested here off of a performance in brazil
23:06And then you see atlanta last week playing on last sunday now getting to the monday
23:10So we shouldn't be healthy enough in this game with aj brown down
23:13But it still leads me like I think the under should be the right play in this game
23:17But also sometimes there's value if it continues to go down because the hot button right now is on those unders there
23:23Are weapons on both sides here and a lot of question marks on each side are the atlanta falcons healthy was last week
23:28Kirk cousins playing coy. Can he stand up in the pocket?
23:31He's going to struggle because it's a monday night prime time game. Those will be answered
23:34We have two dynamic backfields with bijan robinson and saquon barkley used to have talent wide receiver in drake london
23:40He's young and unused so far this season kyle pitts also talented
23:44And then you take a look at the philadelphia eagles heisman trophy winner still left at wide receivers and you brought in johan dotson
23:49And so i've dallas gotter in a quality offensive line and we're not asking about 53 and a half 54 and a half
23:54It's 45 and a half now. That's very manageable in this spot for me
23:58I do think the eagles win, but i'm not as excited to lay the points here until we actually see it
24:03It's not vecchio brings up. It's a great point vandal sportsbook
24:06If you don't like what you see early on in the season
24:08You can wait a quarter or two before you jump in and like an over and under or a side here
24:13Because if kirk cousins opens this game and he's not really that good they might get blown out
24:17But if kirk cousins is average from the pocket and that philadelphia eagles pass rush, which didn't get home on that slippery turf

24:24Maybe has extra time to throw and that could help because he had no time against the pittsburgh steelers. It looked like

25:37For minnesota or the eighth game for minnesota regardless
25:41It's not the same timetable even for aaron rogers who was a little bit shaky and rusty on monday night
