00:07According to Batangas PDRRMO,

00:11almost 60 people in the province were affected by the typhoon.

00:17Isaiah Mirafuentes is live in the center of the news.

00:23Angelique, you know what our countrymen here in Batangas are saying.

00:29They have been living here for a long time,

00:32and this is the first time they experienced a typhoon of this magnitude.

00:37They are used to the volcano erupting,

00:39but they did not expect that a typhoon would hit their province.

00:47The typhoon Christine was like a storm for the people of Batangas.

00:53In the heavy rain, landslides happened.

00:57The reason? So that the land could be covered with water,

01:01many families were affected,

01:03and this also affected the lives of 20 people.

01:06In the barangay hall of Barangay Sampaloc, these people were injured.

01:10Most of the victims were mothers, siblings, and cousins.

01:16Yesterday, the last missing person was found,

01:19a two-year-old girl.

01:21She was known as Amelia Faith Galupe.

01:24Her parents were furious,

01:26because aside from her,

01:28her cousin, a one-year-old boy, was also killed.

01:36I ran outside our gate,

01:40but I was also hit by a large landslide,

01:46and I fell to my knees.
