00:46The owners of the establishments started cleaning.

00:49Mr. Andy, who has a business in Patahian,

00:53In Barangay Malaban in Binan, next to Laguna Divay,

00:56there is still flooding.

00:59According to some residents,

01:01the water level in the area is already going down

01:03due to Hurricane Enteng,

01:05but it looks like they are back to zero again.
