00:38Mang Ramon's truck has been driving stranded passengers here in Camarines Sur for several days.

00:43They came from Trinidad Benguet on Tuesday

00:45and brought vegetables to be planted in Daraga Albay.

00:49It's about to start, so if there's a chance that they'll be able to dispose of it,

00:55it's better because some of them have already been planted.

00:59It's about to start rotting.

01:02There's no guarantee when it will be able to be transplanted,

01:05so this is already a waste.

01:07The vegetables are expensive now, so I hope they'll be able to dispose of it.

01:39We delivered food for pigs and chickens.

01:41We were hoping to be able to dispose of it, but we were stranded.

01:45Richard's family was able to get food from their truck.

01:49It's really hard, sir.

01:51We don't have a budget anymore.

01:53We're just trying to make ends meet.

01:56There are people who are willing to give us

01:58porridge, pancit, and other things.

02:01First, the LGU called on the residents to help the stranded.

02:05At the same time, they also helped the affected residents

02:09and the stranded who were able to eat,

02:11such as cooking goto.

02:13Because if you're on an ordinary bus,

02:15and you're just paying for food,

02:17you don't have money to buy food,

02:19and you don't expect that you'll be stranded for 4 days,

02:24LGU's mobile kitchen also sent Red Cross.

02:30to clear the river next to the town of Melaor
