00:12evacuated due to flood risks, while Valenzuela City reported 170 families in evacuation centers.
00:19Meanwhile, Quezon City faced significant flooding, leading to the rescue of 112 individuals
00:25and the displacement of almost 4,000 across 23 centers. In Batanga, zero visibility on roads
00:33stranded about 200 passengers at the terminal,
00:36while fishing has been suspended in Laguna due to strong winds and flood warnings in low-lying areas.
