00:00Some areas in Luzon have experienced torrential rains, massive flooding and landslides caused by severe tropical storm Christine.
00:08According to a report by PDRRMO Isabela,
00:1229 of the 34 towns and cities in the province experienced flooding.
00:17Approximately over 2,000 families from
00:20174 barangays were affected,
00:22equating to over 8,000 individuals. In Ilocos region, more than 300 families or
00:291,000 individuals have been subjected to pre-emptive evacuation.
00:34Moreover, the flooding worsened in San Fernando, Camarines Sur.
00:38Due to the massive flooding, the number of stranded vehicles has increased, with some vehicles stuck for several days.
00:45There is also a queue of trucks carrying various products such as oil,
00:49garlic and perishable goods like vegetables, as well as some trucks loaded with relief goods
00:55destined for areas severely affected by Christine.
