03:24Can you share with us some of the accomplishments of your agency in the past two decades?

03:30You know, in the whole family of Desud,

03:34he is the youngest.

03:38We've been together for 20 years.

03:40The NSA has been together for 49 years.

03:43The National Housing Authority has been together for 50 years.

03:46The other agencies, NHMFC and Pagibig, have been together for 47 and 46 years.

03:52HLURB, which is now ETSAC, has been together for more than 40 years.

04:00The Ministry of Human Settlements,

04:03where the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development was established,

04:11has been together for 47 and 46 years.

04:16So, we've been together for 20 years,

04:19but we've been able to share our help with more than 470,000 families.

04:25And more than P35 billion has been helped by the Social Housing Finance Corporation.

04:32So, what is the role of the SHFC in the national housing for the Filipino program?

04:38And what is the reason behind the vertical housing approach?

04:43The role of the SHFC in the national housing for the Filipino program of our beloved President is great.

04:51He is one of the major implementers of the 4PH program.

04:58At the moment, there are 12 ongoing projects.

05:07And this is a good news,

05:15that before Christmas, we will be able to give homes to our fellow Filipinos.

05:22That's a good gift.

05:23Our gift for Christmas is that we will have an awarding in our project in San Fernando,

05:31where one of our buildings is already finished.

05:34We are still chasing the third building,

05:37so that we can give it to our fellow Filipinos.

05:42But this Christmas, we are sure that we will have an awarding in San Fernando, Pampanga,

05:48and in Davao City, where we are building 14 buildings.

05:54Those 4 buildings are already finished.

05:57And we will be able to give their homes to 4 families before Christmas.

06:04Merry Christmas to them.

06:06In San Fernando, how many families will benefit from this?

06:10In our 12-story building, there are 312 units.

06:17We are still chasing the third building, which will be 972.

06:21All in all, we will be able to give it to them.

06:25Okay, that's a good news, despite what's happening to us right now.

06:31We really want to give them happiness in this upcoming Christmas.

06:39A message for our fellow Filipinos, especially those who are waiting for their units.

06:50Our housing units in Crystal Peak, San Fernando, Pampanga, are almost ready to be distributed to you.

07:00We have already finished 312 units.

07:05We will continue distributing the additional units until we reach 900 plus units in San Fernando, Pampanga.

07:15In Davao City, in the People's Bill, we have already finished 400 units.

07:24We will be distributing them before Christmas.

07:28We are still chasing the 1,000 units to reach 1,400 total number of units.

07:36We will continue our program in the country of housing.

07:41Our fellow Filipinos, don't worry.

07:43Our two projects are really focused on housing.
