00:31He was arrested in San Pedro, Morong, Rizal at 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

00:36According to the police, the crime happened after their family got together last June.

00:42After they had dinner at a restaurant in Binangonan, Rizal,

00:46they brought these two children to him.

00:50He got on his motorcycle and was on his way home from Morong.

00:54That's when the act of lasciviousness happened.
