00:04and expressed willingness to undergo the necessary tests to erase any doubt on their state of mind and well-being.

00:10This after the vice president issued a dare to young representatives to take a drug test in a psychiatric evaluation.

00:22Challenge accepted.

00:23That's the response of the young guns or generation of new lawmakers in the House of Representatives

00:29on Vice President Sara Duterte's dare for them to undergo drug tests and psychiatric evaluation.

00:35However, they countered this with their own condition,

00:38and that is for the vice president to testify again, but this time under oath,

00:43before the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability, which she did not do before.

00:49The House panel is currently investigating the alleged fund misuse

00:53within the office of the vice president and the Department of Education.

00:57There is no problem if we will undergo drug tests or neuropsychological tests

01:03because I don't drink myself.

01:06So, anytime.

01:08But the challenge is she has to testify under oath,

01:11answer the questions specifically from the Committee on Good Government.

01:18House Senior Deputy Majority Leader and Ilocos Norte First District Representative Sandro Marcos

01:24is also part of the young guns, and earlier, he also called out the vice president

01:29for crossing the line and issuing repulsive statements against his family.

01:33The lawmaker said he remained silent over the weekend out of respect for the vice president,

01:38but as a son, he cannot say mom after the vice president threatened to exhume his grandfather,

01:44former President Ferdinand A. Marcos, Sr., and behead his father, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

01:51The young Marcos said going ballistic was perhaps the self-therapy the vice president prescribed for herself,

01:57but this time, she crossed the line.

01:59Despite all this, Congressman Sandro said he still wishes the vice president well

02:04and hopes she finds the peace of mind and mental clarity she seeks that have eluding her.

02:10For his part, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Lemulia insists in pursuing an investigation

02:15on the legal consequences of the statements of the vice president

02:19who said she would exhume the remains of Marcos, Sr. and throw them into the West Philippine Sea.

02:25This despite the personal attacks by the vice president against him,

02:28whom she allegedly said does not know the law.

02:46I think it's just shocking and we just leave it at that.

02:50I think that we all know the score on what kind of vice president we have,

02:56how seemingly unstable her mind can be,

03:00and this country does not deserve a future with a kind of person like this.
