(Adnkronos) - “Dal 2020 è stato avviato un programma nazionale di screening per l'infezione da Hcv che è destinato a 3 popolazioni target -  le persone nate dal 1969 al 1989; quelle che accedono ai servizi pubblici di dipendenza, i Sert, e per le persone detenute in carcere - con un finanziamento di oltre 70 milioni di euro”. Lo ha detto Anna Caraglia, dirigente sanitario medico per la direzione generale della Prevenzione Sanitaria del Ministero della Salute, partecipando al convegno su “Epatite C: Obiettivo eliminazione, il momento è adesso. Strategie e modelli organizzativi per riscrivere la storia delle epatiti virali”, organizzato a Roma.

00:00Since 2020, a national screening program has been launched for HCV infections,

01:33Considering that some regions have not yet provided the data that the Ministry has requested,
01:40and above all to achieve the objectives set by international organizations,

01:51requested by the Ministry of Health
01:55through the screening decree for the HCV in Italy.
