00:43According to Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Boyeng C. Remulia,
00:47the DOJ will thoroughly investigate the complaint

00:55The PNP-CIDG Director-Police Brigadier General Nicholas D. Torre III personally
01:01went to the DOJ to file a complaint
01:04related to the illegal police operations
01:07committed by the police on August 24 to 26, 2024
01:12in the KOJC compound in Davao.

01:16supporters of Quiboloy blocked the police,
01:20made barricades in their compound,
01:22and closed the national roads.
01:24Some members of the KOJC also burned tires,
01:28sprayed fire extinguishers on the police,
01:31and threw expired food.
01:34The personalities from the media and vloggers,
01:39such as Lorraine Mariti Badoy and Lord Byron Cristobal,
01:43also participated in the complaint and posted seditious videos online.

02:05In order for the lawyers and frontliners of the DOJ Action Center
02:10to be able to rely on the Alternative Dispute Resolution, or ADR,
02:14the DOJ Action Center conducted a wide-ranging training and capacity building session.
02:19This practice, which is based on mediation,
02:23gives the lawyers and frontliners of the DOJ Action Center
02:28a wide range of skills in using ADR
02:30in order to be able to solve the issues more effectively.
02:34The training was conducted with the assistance of
02:37the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution
02:40led by Executive Director Raisa D. Andaman
02:43under the supervision of your service as DOJAC Head
02:48and Program Director Assistant State Prosecutor John Carla V. Guevara.
02:52More than 100 DOJAC lawyers and frontliners from all over the country
