01:59Based on the ongoing strength of the Christian Flood,

02:02what other places are likely to experience strong rains?

02:07Raffy, as of now, we can see that it is possible to experience intense to torrential rains in Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur,

02:15Albay, Sorsorgon, and Northern Samar.

02:18Heavy to intense rains are possible in Masbate, Eastern Samar, Isabela, and Quezon.

02:25While moderate to heavy rains are possible in the remaining part of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region,

02:31Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Romblon, Marinduque, and the remaining part of Visayas.

02:38If we can notice, most of the provinces in the eastern part of Luzon and some parts of the northern and central zone,

02:48including the southern zone, Visayas area, we can expect to experience rains today.

02:52In the coming days, tomorrow, Wednesday, and Friday,

02:58more places are likely to experience rains.

03:02There are signs of low-lying areas and landslides in places near the top of the mountain.

03:08Can you please explain the rapid intensification that you see is possible here in Baguio?

03:13Because this is also what happened in Hurricane Milton in America.
