04:31Section 17 states that the Philippine authorities may surrender a person who is being investigated or prosecuted before an international tribunal.

04:43And that law was passed before we became part of the Rome Statute.

04:49So, there's no reason for us not to be part of the Rome Statute,

04:54that we can't be arrested under RA 9851.

05:00I'll just go back to the question that the former President's legal team is saying,
