00:04she was caught by a crucial thief who was accused of having cannabis oil.

00:20The 29-year-old woman who was brought to the barangay hall of San Roque, Quezon City on Tuesday,

00:26on Tuesday.

00:27The woman was charged after she was caught smoking a gram of kush

00:31and vaping cannabis oil.

00:39According to the barangay officers, they received a call that the woman was missing

00:43at the LTU Extension Office at 20th Avenue.
