03:00The COP16 brings together more than 15,000 people from over 190 countries to push for

03:13began in 1994.
03:15The Colombian government is pushing as host for the meeting to be the most inclusive in
03:20the organization's history.
03:22The goal of this meeting is for countries to take action to protect the world's flora
03:26and fauna.

04:20exhaustive scientific research, Pedro Tellechea Ruiz was arrested alongside his immediate
04:25collaborators under the accusations of committing felonies against the nation, specifically
04:30the hand-out of company Intel and the automated control-and-command system of PDVSA to a CIA-ruled
04:38enterprise, thus violating all legal mechanisms and our national sovereignty.

05:38In Haiti, violence by criminal groups keeps escalating despite the efforts made by the
05:43United Nations MSS Mission and the National Police.
05:47As a result, the United Nations Security Council voted unanimously on Friday to extend the
05:52arms embargo on the Caribbean nation to include all kinds of weapons and ammunition.
05:57This resolution empowers the 193 United Nations member states to take appropriate steps to
06:04toward the illicit arms trafficking in Haiti, which has been on the rise, mainly coming
06:09from fraud in the United States.
06:11Moreover, criminal groups not only control up to 80% of the capital but also are impacting
06:17surrounding areas.
06:18In this context, a resident of Salina shared her life story.
06:28Bandits drove US out of the area and now we can't sleep at home.
06:31I'm staying with my brother, but he won't be able to keep US for long, as he's already
06:36taken our children to Pechenegville.
06:38The house is too narrow and can't hold US all.
06:40We have nowhere to go and all our belongings have been left behind.
06:44We've only just heard that one of my brother's houses has been burnt down.
06:47He and I had our houses on one plot of land.
06:50Mine hasn't been burnt down yet, because a police tank is now in the area.
06:55We go now to the United States, where presidential candidate for the Democratic Party Kamala
06:59Harris continued with her electoral campaign ahead of the November 5th election day.

07:08the power they have in their hands.
07:10During an interview, the Vice President expressed that Donald Trump should never again stand
07:15behind the seal of the President of the United States.
07:18Furthermore, after insults made by her Republican rival on Saturday, Harris asserted that Trump's
07:25behavior will degrade the presidency, adding that the country deserves better.
07:34For his part, Republican candidate and candidate for re-election Donald Trump visited a McDonald's
07:39restaurant in Pennsylvania.
07:40During the day, Trump also held a presidential rally in the city of Lancaster, where he again
