00:31On October 17, armed men arrested the 26-year-old American vlogger, Ilyot Onil Eastman, in Zamboanga, Del Norte.

00:39According to the police, the victim's house was entered by four suspects who had M16 rifles and introduced themselves as enforcement officers.

00:48The victim fought, so he was shot in his chest before he was taken to the bank, jail, or asylum.

02:08The FBI told the police that Eastman's family did not receive any ransom demand in America.
