Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) terus mendorong entitas Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) menjadi perusahaan terbuka. Harapannya dapat memacu pendanaan pasar modal, hingga memperkuat prinsip good corporate governance (GCG) perusahaan tercatat.

Selain melalui skema penawaran umum perdana (IPO), BEI juga membuka opsi bagi entitas BUMN melalui ‘jalur belakang’ alias backdoor listing.
