00:00Now that the election of BAYAN 2025 is near, some of our fellow countrymen have a request regarding the upcoming elections,

00:07including the end of corruption in the workplace and the fight against corruption.

00:16Now that the candidacy for the Senate, party list groups, and other local positions

00:24for the upcoming 2025 National and Local Elections is near,

00:28our fellow countrymen have their own requests for the candidates for the upcoming elections.

00:35I hope that those who will run, I wish that they will have a good job,

00:42that they will be given a job, those who need a job.

00:47I hope that all people will be helped in their daily lives.

00:53I hope that the price of goods will be lowered.

00:56Based on the survey conducted by Pulse Asia,

00:59the majority, or more than 50% of Filipinos,

01:04are hoping that the candidates who will run,

01:07even if they win, will have a good job, a good livelihood, and financial literacy.

01:1344% of them chose that the country's investment-led economic growth should be given priority,

01:21while 41% said that the end of corruption should be given priority.

01:28According to a political analyst, the result of the survey was not changed

01:34because people's priority is still to earn money.

01:38We are hoping for that because the issue of earning money,

01:44income, and source of livelihood is close to our hearts.

01:47That has been in people's interest for a long time.

01:50Every election, that is one of the priorities in the survey.

01:55It is also surprising that there is financial literacy in the wish list of the voters,

02:00or your investment.

02:03This is new because in many studies,

02:06it is pointed out that Filipinos do not have a culture of investing.

02:13They do not have a culture of savings.

02:15But it is also not surprising that none of the top issues in the survey

02:21is the end of illegal drugs.

02:24Talk about rebellion, criminality, and peace and order.

02:28It is clear that in many things that are happening in our country,

02:31it is still important for voters to talk about what is close to their hearts.

02:38The survey was conducted last month in 1,200 respondents.
