00:28We actually have two main measures on the basic skills.
00:32One is the digital civil service, which we carry out together with the Department of
00:37Youth Policy, which has been doing universal civil service for many years, and therefore
00:41we have a program to involve 8,300 volunteers.
00:45At the moment there are 4,000 volunteers today, right on the territory, who already do
00:49this job with the entities that are part of the civil service.
00:54The other measure, on the other hand, is the network of digital facilitation services,
00:59with which we collaborate with the 21 autonomous regions and provinces.
01:04Each region has implemented a plan with our support, a regional plan, different from
01:10one region to another, who uses the municipalities more, who uses employment centers,
01:15there is a variety of locations and entities used, collaborations, this is precisely to
01:21reach the whole territory.
01:24To date there are already over 2,300 active points, we must reach 3,000, and by 2026 the
01:32goal is to reach 2 million citizens.
01:35Today we have about 270,000.
01:37It is important to make people perceive the usefulness.
01:40With the increase of services, electronic payments, applications, electronic documents,
01:46the possibility of making certificates, the greatest comfort is clearly perceived.
01:51Then, of course, the elderly can be more restive and therefore these support services are needed.
01:57However, the first data we have on the points tell us that, in addition to the elderly,
02:02we still have many adults, especially unemployed and unemployed.
02:06This means that digital skills are also needed for job search, therefore it is very
02:13important for job search, which is the first most requested service in our points.
02:17We have prepared a training program for these facilitators, precisely because, in addition
02:24to teaching them the skills, we also teach them how to accompany, therefore also soft
02:31skills, also how to teach citizens and how to involve them, especially the most difficult,
02:38the most restive ones.
02:40The goal is to make them autonomous.
02:42After that, the skills must always be updated, so then there are also recalls,
02:48subsequent appointments, and therefore the goal is continuous learning.
