00:00The DOJ and PNP-CIDG promised that they will not be punished for the extrajudicial killings committed by the administration.

00:13After the former President Rodrigo Duterte's name was revealed in the camera

00:17in the investigation of extrajudicial killings during the drug-on-war that was committed by the administration,

00:22the PNP-CIDG is open to the possibility that the former President will be included in the complaint filed against EJK.

00:30According to the CIDG, Acting Chief Police Brigadier General Nicolás Torre III,

00:35if that is where the evidence of their investigation will lead to,

00:40especially in the cold cases during the EJK, the former President will be able to recover.

00:45When Torre was asked what case could be filed against Duterte,

00:49it is possible that this is related to a murder.

00:52If we can find a link of anyone, including the former President,

00:57then so be it. We will include them in the charges if the evidence warrants.

01:01Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulia also supported this.

01:05The secretary said that they will not be included in the investigation.

01:23on the death of the former general and secretary of the PCSO, Wesley Barayuga.

01:32In their investigation on where the NBI went wrong,

01:36they agreed that the NBI and PNP-CIDG will be included in the investigation.

01:42This will not be a parallel investigation anymore between the PNP and the NBI,

01:46but a joint investigation where the NBI and the PNP will collaborate.

01:50So the main interface with the NBI is the CIDG.

01:54The CIDG said that it is possible for them to use in the investigation

01:58the former PCSO General Manager Ruy Garma's statements in listening to the Congress.

02:04Even the statements of Santi Mendoza, they will also consider, but will they be able to investigate this?

02:11Garma is one of the suspects in the killing of Barayuga,

02:15while Mendoza is one of the witnesses in Garma's case in listening to the Congress.
