00:58I ordered a cotton candy machine.
00:59We spun it.
01:00And, man, the rest is history.
01:01This thing became like a sensation.
01:03So now we're just caramelizing it.
01:05And so it really starts at a half inch thick.

01:14And now it's perfectly, now it's ready to eat.

01:17It's all glazed up and caramelized.
