00:14Drove 15-20 minutes for this place. The OneBite app says it's the best in Dallas. A lot of

00:24low talking and he's like, if my brother who passed away, Louie, was here, he'd be putting
00:29on a show like firecrackers. People didn't come even for the pizza. They came to see
00:33Louie put on a show. I like the guy. Great family story. Had it 40 years. Opened it in
00:39honor of his brother Louie. He also said at the end when I was waiting for the pizza,
00:43have you pied up yet? I've been doing this for 20 years. I haven't heard that. Hey, have
00:49you pied up yet? Meaning like you got your pie yet? I may just start inheriting that
00:55as my thing. Hey, I haven't pied up yet over here. So Louie's Dallas. He's a big fan of
01:01the Char, which I like. Let's see what we got. And it is Chicago in there. They got
01:05pictures of Nolan Ryan and the Noogie, a bunch of Bears stuff. Very cool vibe. Definitely
01:12felt authentic Chicago. And this is authentic Tavern style. With the exception, I could
01:17open the box. One bite everybody knows rules. Louie's Dallas. If you're a Chicago person
01:32living in Dallas, this is as good as Tavern as you're going to find really in Chicago.
