00:16I'm performing at the VS show tonight. I'm so excited.
00:22I loved to watch the show when I was young.
00:26Yeah, me and my girls used to pretend that we're like one of the models, like, walk around.
00:33So I'm happy to be here. It feels surreal. I love this show so much.

00:47What's the inspiration for your hair and makeup?

00:59I just want her to look like a sexy bombshell. I don't know, like a true Victoria's Secret hair.
01:05I agree. And then for like the makeup, I just wanted her to have like a really bronzy meets K-pop gorgeousness.
01:12I wanted to bring out some details in her eyes. So when she looks down, she has a little sparkle.
01:23We just finished talking to Lisa about final tweaks and we're ready to go.
01:28My name is Zaldi and I am the costume designer for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
01:33And this is Priscilla. And I'm the fashion director of Victoria's Secret.
01:36And she is the person who sent me the DM asking if I wanted to do this show.
01:41I said yes.
01:43This is the pink carpet look. One thing we're doing in the show, we have some archival heritage pieces included.
01:49This is from 2018. We added elements to make it more red carpet worthy, i.e. a suede store, etc, etc.
01:55As soon as Lisa puts it on, you're going to see that it's just like absolutely belongs to her.
01:59Is this heritage too?
02:00Taylor Hill wore this in 2018.
02:02No way. It's so good.
02:04We need to get Taylor Hill over here to show it to her.
02:07Lisa also is a great partner. She also does have a really clear sense of personal style.
02:10So I think you do know what's right for her.
02:13And when we looked through the archives to find something, this was a perfect choice.
02:18And we sent it to her first and she loved it.
02:26I work a lot in music. I know that it's not just the look.
02:31The look also has to perform because it's mostly very active.
02:36You know, it's like designed, it's fashion and everything.
02:39But there's a lot of tricks to make sure that everything stays in place.
02:42When I heard that it was Lisa and that she was singing Rockstar,
02:45I immediately thought it had to be something really powerful and strong.
02:51And then I heard she was riding in on a motorcycle.
02:53And then I knew right away what to do.
02:55I just thought of Victoria's Secret wings, Harley Davidson wings.
02:59I thought soda tabs for some reason because I thought it would be kind of like a modern feather.
03:04And then I thought about a Triumph belt buckle a la Chanel with Lisa's name on it.
03:09It sort of came to me immediately.
03:14The entire show we're trying to play off of how you can think of wings in a different way.
03:17The fact that he took the wings and built this custom 3D printed?

03:23Wing as a bra is kind of like the most...
03:26With her Rockstar logo on it as well.
03:28You can't really get more Victoria's Secret than that.
03:31I just wanted to make it really tap and feel like armor.
03:34I chromed these ones specifically for her so that I could pick up all of the chrome on her bike.
03:40It's also very Lisa that shape too.
03:42So we obviously did a lot of research on her videos and what she does.
03:45You see it.
03:46She wrote me on a Saturday.
03:49And I was doing my Cirque du Soleil show in Vegas.
03:51She's like, we have to send sketches by Tuesday.
03:55And we need to have a meeting at 7am on Monday.
03:57And I'm like, okay, let's do it.
04:00He did it.
04:03The best part of putting this look together was actually getting to our first fitting.
04:07She came to my studio and we put the look on.
04:11Then we put the wings on and then the squealing began.
04:13She screamed.
04:14She squeals.
04:17It was priceless and precious.
04:19And that I will never forget.
04:21Honestly, watching people put on wings for the first time is still heartwarming.
04:26It actually feels so great.
04:31When I'm preparing for the big show like this, I always say a little prayer.
04:40Yeah, before I go on stage.
04:41Tonight, I'll be performing Rockstar and my newest single, Moonlit Floor.
04:48I'm just honored to be performing for, you know, the big comeback.
04:55I have a lot of rehearsal.
04:58And yeah, like, I'm so excited about it.
05:02So I can't wait to just go on stage and just kill it.
05:06I heard Tyla and Cher is performing.
05:09So I'm so excited to see their performance too.
