00:00A child was killed in Cebu City after a steel railing fell.

00:06The local government is investigating who is responsible for the incident.

00:10This is the latest incident in the report of Alan Domingo of GMA Regional TV.

00:19In the CCTV that was captured in Pasifi Sports in Cebu City,

00:22Chris Mark Sandoval, who has been carrying a metal railing for 4 years,

00:26was shot by another child.

00:29The child fell from the back of the railing

00:33until the steel railing fell and Chris Mark was injured.

00:38The witnesses rushed to the hospital to save Chris Mark.

00:43He needed to be transferred to another hospital

00:46but he survived because of the severe injury.

00:51According to Chris Mark's grandfather,

00:53he did not know that his grandson was out of the house

00:57when the mother of the child entered the house.

01:13Although there is no longer a plan to file a complaint against the child's family,

01:17the Cebu City LGU is still investigating who is responsible for the incident.

01:24They also promised to pay all the hospital bills and to provide shelter to the child.

01:31We can see that there is negligence on the part of the employees

01:36and there are employees who can take disciplinary actions

01:43such as suspending the employees.

01:51The Cebu City Police is also investigating the incident.

01:54The Pasifi Sports Association refused to give a statement

01:58because their market administrator, Alan Domingo of GMA Regional TV,

02:04was not present for the GMA Integrated News.

02:13The Cebu City LGU is still investigating the incident.
