00:00Tragedy in Cebu City, a 4-year-old boy who was hit by a steel railing in a fishport in Cebu City is being investigated by the local government as to who should be held accountable.

00:43Chris Mike was standing in front of a steel railing in Pasil Fishport in Barangay Suba in Cebu City this Monday.

00:51Another boy was seen standing behind the railing for a few seconds.

00:57The boy was hit by a large steel railing and the victim was taken to hospital.

01:02The boy was taken to Cebu City Medical Center and transferred to Vicente Soto Memorial Medical Center because of a severe injury.

01:11He was brought back to life there.

01:14According to the boy's grandfather, they were the ones who took care of the boy because his mother is a housewife.

01:23They just took care of the boy and the boy did not go out of the house.
