00:38If it does not change, it is possible that tonight or later in the afternoon,
00:42it will landfall or hit Isabela or Aurora.
00:45The storm outside the PAR, which has an international name of Pulasan,
00:50was last seen earlier this afternoon at a distance of 2,190 km east of Central Luzon.
