00:00A child was killed in Cebu City after a steel railing fell.

00:06The local government is investigating who is responsible for the incident.

00:10This is the latest incident in the report of Alan Domingo of GMA Regional TV.

00:19In the CCTV that was captured in Paseo Fisport in Cebu City,

00:22Chris Mark Sandoval, a four-year-old boy,

00:26was hit by a metal railing when he was a child.

00:29The child fell from the back of the railing

00:33until the steel railing fell and Chris Mark was injured.

00:38The witnesses rushed to the hospital and took Chris Mark to the hospital.

00:43He needed to be transferred to another hospital

00:46but he survived because of the severe injury.

00:51According to Chris Mark's grandfather,

00:57when the mother of the child entered the house.

01:17the Cebu City LGO is still investigating who is responsible for the incident.

01:24They also promised to pay all the hospital bills and to provide shelter to the child.

02:28After a few days, the father followed the symptoms
