Warm winds from Pacific waft across Luzon, E. Visayas

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday, Oct. 16 said the easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, continue to prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas, resulting in slightly warmer weather across the country.
