As the southwest monsoon (habagat) weakens, warm weather will affect most of the country due to warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, known as easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Monday, Sept. 23.
