Tropical Storm “#EntengPH” (international name “Yagi”) has regained strength from the warm waters west of Ilocos Norte and is currently enhancing the effects of the southwest monsoon (habagat), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
