00:00The Philippines asked for joint operations against POGO to be held in the second regional meeting of the Southeast Asian National Anti-Trafficking Committees.

00:11According to the Department of Justice, POGOs are used for human trafficking scams and other crimes.

00:19If there are joint operations and the communication of each country is active, the arrest of persons involved in illegal activities will be quickened.

00:27On the sidelines of the meeting, the DOJ also talked to Cambodia about the 20 Filipinos who were involved in the surrogacy scam there.

00:35Seven of the Filipinos were allowed to go home because they were not pregnant.

00:39Our government continues to appeal to the so-called victims, the 13 Filipinos who were pregnant.

00:45According to Cambodia, the case was forgotten because this is the first time that a foreign country is involved in surrogacy that is illegal in their country.
