00:16Some parts of the town of Casibu were hit by landslides and stones.

00:20Some trees fell due to strong winds and rain.

00:24A clearing operation is underway on the road that was closed

00:31In Seattle, Negros Oriental,

00:33two younger brothers were rescued from the river in Barangay Bonavon.

00:37The brothers were bathing when suddenly,

00:39the water in the river overflowed and they got stuck.

00:42The girl was rescued first.

00:44Then, a young man was rescued by a fisherman

00:47who happened to be fishing in the nearby river.

00:52Heavy rains and wind were also felt in Zamboanga City.

00:56The water reached the gutter of their road

00:58which slowed down the traffic.

01:01Some passengers were stranded.

01:03The LGUs were able to monitor the possible flooding of the rivers in their area.
