00:00In the past, it was only employees. Now, there are Filipinos who are running for illegal layoffs under the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, or PAOC.

00:10The first news is Salima Refran.

00:14Authorities pulled the employees from the IGL or Internet Gaming Licensee in Pasay last week.

00:25Some Filipinos were also employed by the IGL because of the rumors of SCAMFAR.

00:3362 out of more than 200 investigated by the authorities were Filipinos.

00:38Maybe sir, I'm regretting it, but I made a no-choice choice in my life. It's hard for me to die of hunger.

00:46But the reports are more worrying that there are Filipinos who are running for their own illegal layoffs under the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, or PAOC.

00:58It's a picture that came from the illegal layoffs of our online scam hubs.

01:07These Filipinos can learn, can save in funds, have a strong heart, network, connection, and they will be the ones to start.

01:18These are also pointing to the total bans of layoffs at the end of the year.

01:24What's scary is the indigenous scam farm that Filipinos are running.

01:29This is what we're seeing. There are some who are trying. The question is why? Because the money is too big.

01:37It's a different story. If we see that they're the ones who are perpetrating the scams, we'll charge anybody who's responsible for it.

01:48We will not spare anybody. It's really the money motive. The money is too big.

01:54The government has initiated a Task Force POGO Closure under the leadership of the Department of Justice and PAOC.

02:00It aims to adjust the process of POGO layoffs in the country.

02:04According to the Bureau of Immigration, 10,000 of the estimated 100,000 foreign POGO workers applied for a downgrade of their 9G visa or pre-arranged employment visa.

02:17Until October 15 or next week, foreign POGO workers will be allowed to downgrade their work visas.

02:25When October 16 arrives, they will be automatically cancelled.

02:30After October 15, the Bureau of Immigration will issue a cancellation order for all those who are left, who have not yet filed for the downgrading of their visas.

02:43They already have an order to leave, meaning they will be required to leave within a 59-day period.
