00:16We are on first alarm in Marikina Mayor.

00:18We are on first alarm early this morning because of the continuous and strong rain.

00:26Not only here in Marikina, but also in the surrounding areas.

00:35According to the protocol, when the water level in Marikina River reached 15 meters, we already raised it.
